Last evening, August 23, 2017, between 7-8p I entered the ER with shortness of breath and tightening in my chest. They told me to go lay in the room to get a EKG. No one offered to assist me to the room even tho I told them I was dizzy. The lady placed the probes on my chest and then another lady comes and tells her shes needed in a meeting so she leaves. The replacement then prints the results and tells me to have a seat. 15 mins pass and she comes and tells me to go to the waiting area and I say I still cant breathe and she says your EKG was ok you need to wait in the waiting area. My son ran home to get my inhaler, which in my panic I forgot was on my table at home. He makes it back and after 4 pumps I felt sum relief and I left. This hospital is the only one in town, God help us. I pray I never have to visit that place again.

I would rather die than go here again. They made me wait hours to be served EVERY time I went. They were rude and acted like my condition was imaginary. I would sue if I had the chance. All they decided to do was throw some stupid diagnosis on the paper and give me pain killers like I was a drug addict. Then on top of that although I have insurance these money hungry jerks continue to send me to collections and ruin my credit. And every time I call theres some new policy in place hindering them from doing their damn jobs. SOMEONE PLEASE TEAR THIS HOSPITAL DOWN!

This hospital is great. We come here for my grandmothers testing and if shes ever admitted. But I have to brag on their staff a bit. Visited today and an older man was sitting in the lobby waiting on their ride. A doctor walked by and asked him if he was waiting for his ride and how long hes been waiting. The man said 4 hours! The doctor then offered to give the man a ride home or to wherever he needed. You dont find that kind of care or consideration at other hospitals, not at all. Major kudos!

Its a shame!I went to the Hospital today about my nose.My nose is swollen and it hurts bad.All I wanted to know is,if I have staph infections.thats it..I have 3 kids..NOT ONE DR.SEEN ME!NO BLOOD WORK NO NOTHING.I went home VERY MUCH UPSET.SO I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE STAPH INFECTION OR NOT!Im very scared!I have no insurances.IM WORRY ABOUT MY KIDS!I WAS TOLD STAPH INFECTION COULD KILL A PERSON..I HATE HATE THAT HOSPITAL!

This hospital is not courteous and the people are incompetent. I know I am medically incompetent but I knew more than they did. They didnt take the time to serve the patients and before you get there good they have leaked your business to everyone in the waiting room. This hospital needs management so they can save lives not destroy them. If you are riding by keep riding they are killers!!!

I give the hospital and Dr Hicks 5 stars. When ever you go make sure Lonnie Felton is not your doctor or see you because hes rude and will give you anything without testing. They need to fire and take mr.lonnie Felton medical license. The nurses and Dr. Philip Hicks is the reason I give 5 stars. THANK YOU DR. PHILIP HICKS!!!!
