I injured my foot, so I went to this urgent care to sit for over hour and a half to be told the xray machine is broken. The girl at the front desk seen me limp more than once. 1st coming in and to get my insurance card back from her. Why wasnt there a sign or why wasnt she notifying people. How stupid can this place be. Then the doctor wanted to put me in a boot that went up to my knee. If u dont know that its broke then why would u put me in this huge boot. I asked for a shoe instead. They couldnt find a medium. Pointless place to go for care.

Honestly I have been there several times and one of the visits that sticks in my mind most is I had third degree burns and blisters the size of goose eggs on my legs and they refused to treat me because I owed 50 dollars but had lost my source of income and could not pay it. Thankfully, a kind nurse snuck me some cream to put on my leg which helped the recovery process, but honestly, it takes forever and they always sit and talk when they could be helping patients.

Fast pace is the last thing they should be called. I got there at 8:00 as soon as they opened and was the first one in the door and it STILL took them 30 min. to call me back and another hour sitting in the back waiting to be seen. All the while time you can hear the doctor and nurses out there just talking and gabbing without a care in the world that they have people to see and work to do.

I wouldnt even give one star but its the only way I could post. They refused to see my child who has insurance unless we either a) made them her primary or b) paid the $85 visit plus labs and not run insurance. Me and mine will definitely not be going back!

The staff at Fast Pace are very professional and very nice and caring. Dr. Christy is a wonderful doctor with an outstanding bedside manner. If you want a doctor who really cares about you and your well being, go see her.

Should be renamed to Slow Pace. Only went there because all other walk in clinics were closed. Omg... Crazy SLOW
