I arrived at the clinic around 12:00 and signed in (which was ridiculously convoluted by the way -- I can sign in at the Walgreens Clinic in two pages with minimal clicks, and this was five pages with multiple signatures and numerous checkboxes). There was a sign next to the kiosk that said their hours were 8AM-8PM. I sat down and waited for a while. Around 12:30, I got a text on my phone saying I should return to the clinic area so I could make my appointment. I waited a while longer, and the Nurse Practitioner came out to take the next patient. While she was out there, she said she could take that patient and the next one, then she was required to close the office for an hour for lunch between 1 and 2. If that were required, it should be reflected in the office hours on the sign next to the kiosk. I took a long lunch from work to visit this office, and wasted over an hour counting travel and waiting. I would have been a much happier person if the sign had showed the mandatory lunch hour, because I would not have waited. The only credit I can give the whole procedure is that the NP was very polite while telling me she would not be able to see me until after her lunch.

I used this clinic for the first time this morning and was very pleased with my treatment and service. I was treated for bronchitis and Rebecca, the nurse practitioner was very kind, gave me a thorough exam, and explained my treatment excellently. She even escorted me over to the pharmacy and helped get the process of filling my prescription started and showed me which over the counter medicine to get. The pharmacy experience was equally pleasing - very pleasant and had my medicine ready within 10 minutes. The cost for treatment was filed with my insurance and cost me nothing out of pocket. Rebecca explained that I would be billed if my deductible was not met. I left work, signed in, waited about 5 minutes, was treated, had prescription filled, and was back at work within the hour. Highly recommend and will definitely use this clinic again.

While I have had great experience with the pharmacy and Minute Clinic in the past, today I am leaving a review because the NP was extremely rude when my husband was there waiting for 20 minutes. She came out, looked directly at him, did not say a word, flipped the sign to closed (for lunch?) and walked away. No common courtesy, not a single explanation. The NP on duty on 7/15/15 should be relieved from the stress of her position apparently.

I have used this walk-in clinic multiple times when my family has become ill. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and has taken the time to help diagnose the problem and suggest solutions. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to see the nurse. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly and convenient center.

I went in today and the NP was Rebecca Raymond. She was really nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything I needed to know. From the healing process/timeframe down to counseling me on the medicine she was prescribing. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And you can check in online to save time!
