I went because I was homeless and jobless after returning from traveling in 2009. It was 7 months before I even applied for aid. I had to pay $85 at the time of service for a pap and two common labs (CBC and a Metabolic Panel) and LabCorp has been after me for $622 since then. I was ALSO misdiagnosed by an idiot nurse, turns out I did NOT have painful ovulation, I had a CYST THE SIZE OF A FOOTBALL in my abdomen. Unsatisfied isnt the right word. Instead, you should go to Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, if you are a resident of Davidson County. $20 copays for me (after I eventually got income), GREAT care, CLEAN facilities.

This has been the worst medical treatment that I have ever received. They are very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and they will try to squeeze every penny out of you, if they can. I dont even think I had a real doctor. He introduced himself by his first name, are you serious. What the hell happened to professionalism. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

All of the staff at this clinic are very caring individuals, doing all they can to insure that patients needs are attended to promptly. I dont have insurance but because billing is based on income I can afford to see the care givers here.
