Ill start by saying I LOVE Dr. Carter and Jeremy. Now, the majority of their staff are unprofessional the the very HIGHEST. I am so sick of seeing posts all over Facebook knocking his practice, for the simple fact that I know he is an amazing doctor and I wouldnt trust my kids in the hands of anyone else like I do him. I am fed up with this staff. Now Im making my own post. You ladies have a JOB. You are paid to do that job. When we call... Answer the phone for one. When we call twelve times and you finally answer, do it without an attitude (we didnt ask for our kids to be sick and if someone calling to make an appointment irritates your soul that deeply, youre in the wrong profession). When we call and our baby is sick, if you tell us to come right in so you can help us... COMMUNICATION IS KEY. The front desk should immediately be expecting us, not confused and interrogating us as if we made up that we spoke to someone and are about to get busted. If we need something faxed and you say, Im doing that right NOW. Dont do it next week after we call asking whats taking so long and you again need to know who we spoke to. WE DONT KNOW. Do your job and do it with a smile on your face. Im a server. People irritate me beyond belief but they leave there without the slightest clue that Im annoyed. Find a job youre passionate about. If Dr Carters practice pains you that much, dont let the door hit you bc I know several qualified people that would love to take your place. Rachel was asked to come in today. We drove the 30+ minutes there and sat in the waiting room. They then walked a lady with them from the back that I was told I was transferred to (in front of everyone by the way), and confronted me as if I made up talking to her. Turns out it wasnt her but they dont know who it was. They then tell me theyre slam booked but will try to squeeze us in sometime today. They come back and tell me that itll be a wait since I didnt have an appointment but theyll get us in at some point. I then approach the desk and tell them I dont appreciate the way it was handled so Ill be leaving and going elsewhere... To which they respond, "Were not even having a busy day, it wont be long until youre seen!". Wait. Youre slam booked or not busy now that Im irate?? Im confused. God help my soul to hold onto Dr Carter until he gets his office staff under control. Sometimes I wonder if he even knows how much we ALL hate dealing with them. Jumping through the loops of Hell and finally seeing his face is the only Saving Grace in the entire situation. I am mad!!!!!!

I had the most horrible experience with Dr Carter from October 2015 till October 2016 heis more concerned about money than your health I have end stage copd had a flare up in January 2016 I told him what I had been given several several years that took care in just few days but was told straight to my face the shot cost a hunded dollars but because of Medicare advantage plan the only paid 30 dollars that he would loose 70 dollars out of his personal pocket the medication he gave me liked to have killed me very serious side effects which I kept telling him this and several of my medications had interactions with as well as perment nerve damage now in my feet it should not have been given to someone with breathing problem on my last visit I told him I was having trouble with food going down past chest valley he done xray and informed me I had a hiatal hernia that was causing problems but it was in my medical records which I dont think even ever read the whole year I was seeing him this hiatal hernia is about 38 years old and was listed as inoperable in my records so congratulations Dr Carter I had so much distrust in him after the first few months I should have FIRED him then but was trying to work with him but kept getting more depression was not sure what was causing this but when October he informed me of the 38 year old hiatal hernia like he had discovered it was the last straw I FIRED him and the minute I did I have not had another day of depression or tears also found out his facility is being investigated by the drug task force and thats not a good sign for any doctor its for the love of money not health if you go to this clinic I would consider changing

Dok is an amazing Dr with alot of character. He genuinely wants to help people anyway he can and doesnt try to pad his pocket before he will see a patient. He charges so much less than what a doctor of his caliber could. If you become his patient count yourself lucky! He is very intelligent and has lots of commendations. Mike Curenton
