I shouldve left when the front desk person insisted I be seen. I said I dont think Im in the right place, maybe I should go to an urgent care or my regular doctor, but she said "no, you need to be seen here"... in reference to a sprained ankle from 2 weeks prior. They charged me $2000 for an X-ray and one Motrin (even though I said my pain was a 3 or 4 out of 10). $2000 is not reasonable. If theyre charging for the time the doctor spent with me, thats an expensive 2 minutes. Plus, he went out and googled me, came back in and said "nice website." Great use of my time, thanks. Very friendly people, but Ill never be back, and I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place. $2000 for services I asked if I should go elsewhere for. Thats unheard of. An X-ray of my ankle shouldnt cost more than $500, and thats even a bit exuberant.

The Spring Hill ER staff and doctors are incredibly helpful and caring. Unfortunately, in the past 3-4 years, both me and my husband have had to visit the ER for various reasons and all of the doctors AND staff were incredibly competent, caring and thorough with every visit. They even helped resolve an issue with a urologist office we were referred to. The urologist office wouldnt request medical records for the continuation of care/referral. So, to help us out, they allowed for us to pick up the medical records at the Spring Hill ER instead. I wish EVERY medical practice was as helpful and awesome like this ER. Its also such a blessing that we live so close -- I couldnt imagine going to another ER/hospital for everything weve had to endure.

I had no experience I got there at1030 pm and laid there till 230 am and never saw a Dr or nurse.I had loss of bowel function headache nausea neck back and hip pain and got harassed by the nurse to sign a piece of paper refusing medical attention when I wasnt offered any and the Dr said I didnt matter I wasnt her patient when she was the only Dr there.most horrible painful experience Ive ever had but the drunks got seen immediately.

Ive never been anywhere else like it. Just amazing, I was just stunned by how fast they are. My daughter and I didnt even really have time to sit down and they called us back. Absolutely the most organized, and professional, the doctor and staff actually care and dont treat you like some piece of trash like Maury Regional ER. They even mailed us both a letter and they were all signed from the doctors and staff, thanks TriStar.

I saw a doctor for 10 minutes and was charged 1,200 as I was in network with the ER but not the ER doctor. The provider refused to honor the "customary and usual" charges for the service. I will not be back. The facility charged me over 2,500 for being there about an hour and a half for fluids and anti-nausea meds. It was discounted to 50%. I will definitely make the short drive to Williamson Medical next time.

The entire staff probably saved my life after my Heart Attack. One of my arteries was almost 100% blocked. I am so thankful for every person on duty May 13th at 6:30 PM. Sorry for not remembering names. I think the Doctors name was Dr Tyler. Thank all of you very much. I am eternally grateful for your helping me get through that night.

The whole team at Spring Hill ER are extremely courteous and professional. The care given to me by Dr. Tyler and the nursing staff was first class and their receptionist extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them for any health related emergency issues!
