It took over half an hour to get my mammogram last year, even though I was there almost 10 minutes before my "appointment". My daughter is there now to get a urine test and has been waiting, in pain, for an hour. To pee in a cup. They took everyone in the waiting room and some that came after her and shes still waiting. The doctor called in the order so whats the hold up. I am not happy.

The staff is disinterested and incompetent. On my visit, they were more concerned with chatting in the back room than checking in patients. One staff member tried to "bump" a relative who had walked-in ahead of the other patients. There was some dispute with his insurance, however, and when he called his primary care physician he was instructed to return there. Probably not bad advice.
