The service here is absolutely pathetic. I waited for 3 and a half hours to be seen for 3 minutes and without any tests, I was sent on my way. The medicine they gave me did nothing for me. Following this visit Ive been sick for two weeks now. I called them for a follow up and I was redirected to some corporate office where I was told they couldnt help me because this clinic could not be reached on the phone. I called this CVS directly and they have me the same run around. You are better off getting medical attention from a homeless man. This place needs a new staff or should be shut down completely.

The pharmacy is horrible, if possible go elsewhere. A walk in prescription takes at least 3 hours. Or they tell you a time and put in a totally different time in the computer ( next day ). A refill that needs Doctor approval ( my experience ) they lost information and told me doctors office hadnt contacted them, I need to call them myself. When I called doctors office, they said it was sent ( this went on for 5 days ). This was the icing on the cake for me.

Save yourself some money and buy over the counter. Signed in and was timed for 18 minutes. The PA decided to take lunch early after we waited 10 minutes and our time was pushed back to 2 hour. Came back after 2 hours and I was up next with a wait time of 0 minites. After waiting 15 minutes I look at my appointment wait time and it says 18 minutes. This place is a joke. I was the only one on the board the whole time. Go anywhere but here

Went in with a muscle spasm in my back that had been going on for a week. Then I waited over an hour and a half even though I was the only person on the board when I arrived. Then the PA prescribed me a muscle relaxer Ive never heard of and now a week later I still have a muscle spasm. I will be calling in and having them get me a script that will actually work this time.

Came here for conjunctivitis on a monday at 2pm with all my homework & prepared to settle in and wait for a few hours because of the reviews on Google. when I arrived, I was notified I would have a 54 minute wait but I was seen in five minutes and in and out with the proper prescription in less than an hour. All in all, much better service than I expected. thanks!

I scheduled an appointment online on the "hold my place in line" part of the website... have currently been waiting over an hour past my appointment time.. now my name is no longer on the list of next available and nobody in the store knows what is going on and says they cant help me... awesome job....

Waited almost 2 hours for the assistant to see me. Vomited 3 times. Got in the office, the lady said she wasnt going to help me and I should go to urgent care. She gave me no assistance nor direction as to where to go. So disappointed with the staff performance.

Hope you like waiting three hours for incompetence. Also, when you get the text alert, Id wait another hour... They dont understand adhering to reasonable appointment times

This place is a joke! Signed in at 10:30 still not been seen as of 1:45! The wait time said 30 minutes....not 3 hours and 30 minutes!
