I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM and arrived early for an urgent care issue. While writing this review, I asked the secretary our queue in line at 3:30 PM and was told that we were next in line. Two hours after arriving, when the time was 4:30 PM, I still have not been called. Very clean and professional atmosphere though.
