I came in and there was a group of about ten that hadnt even been checked in yet and then the nurse continued to call everyone out of order. So people that had been waiting forever were waiting while others were being called as they walked in. The staff was rude and they do not care about their jobs thats for sure. I hope I never have to come here again!!!

My husband had an appointment at 7:30 we arrived at 7:15 where we could not get into the doors until 8:00 at this point they informed us they would NOT be taking drug screenings until 8:30. They should NOT make appointments an hour before they actually take appointments. Worst service and business!

Been to this place twice in one week and still have not been able to take a simple urine screening... I suggest locating another place, the hours of operation are not for all Services offered and the staff is RUDE!!

Wonderful nursing staff with huge task of drug testing...better get here between 830 am and 300 pm if you want a drug test...not open on a Saturday. ...nurses encouraging good medical protocol...

Told if I made an appointment I would be in and out in twenty minutes. Been here for 40 and I am still not back there. I know they are busy but be more upfront with your waiting times.
