I wouldnt give it one star but it makes me. Dr Henson is an awesome doctor but the facility itself is horrible! I understand having to wait, but to wait for two hours is not right! Stop over scheduling and the wait time would probably go down. That isnt even my main problem with this place. I have type 2 diabetes and have recently switched to my husbands insurance. The medicine that I take now requires a preauth, which I didnt know until I went to get the prescription filled. I found this out on Saturday, so of course I had to go all weekend without taking it. I called first thing on Monday to see if they got the request from the pharmacy for the preauth. They said they did and were working on it. Monday evening I called the pharmacy and they hadnt received the preauth. I called the drs office, which they proceeded to tell me that there was only one person that does preauths for the entire office and she was gone for the day. I called the insurance and they tell me they havent received anything but if they faxed it, it would take 24 hours before it would be in the system. They told me to have the office call them and it would be done that day. I called the drs office on Tuesday to let them know, even gave them the number and also told them that I havent taken my medicine since Friday. Here it is Wednesday night and Im still without my medication. They are making it sound like its the insurances fault, i know otherwise, because i called the insurance and they told me they havent received anything yet. Im beyond mad, because here I am barely eating, trying to keep my blood sugar down and despite the fact that I have told them that I havent taken my medication since Friday, its like they dont care! So Im doing the only thing I can do and that is changing Doctors. Enough is enough! I have been dealing with stuff like this since day one. I wont even go into the part where they took me off of Celexa cold turkey and I had to miss two weeks of work because of the withdrawals.

My son and his wife who are students at MTSU in Murfreesboro drove all the way to this clinic because they could not find one open in Murfreesboro on Easter Sunday. I live in Columbia and this was the only one I could find that was open. He was having serious breathing difficulties due to his asthma. He was trying to avoid going to the emergency room since he has no health insurance. I dont know it the person he saw was an actual "doctor" or not.My son did not seem to think so. She listened to him breathe and "decided" he had bronchitis and wrote him some prescriptions. He has dealt with his asthma enough to where he knew it was much more serious. He tried to explain this to her. He usually gets a steroid shot and a breathing treatment. She said they were not able to offer either one of those!!! What in the world are they doing in business???? They could not even do any blood work. They charged him $72.00 which he paid. He did not feel like arguing with them anymore. Needless to say, we left there and went on to the emergency room at Maury Regional where he was given a breathing treatment and a steroid shot. They said he did not have "bronchitis!" It was his asthma flared up, just like he tried to tell the walk-in clinic"person". Asthma is SERIOUS, it is not something that you mess around with. You can die from an asthma attack. It boils down to $72 and a waste of precious time for NOTHING. They just diagnosed him with "bronchitis" that he did not have and took his money. So UNFAIR and UNETHECIAL!! I personally go to Core Physicians and this would have never happened there! I have always been able to get any test I needed!

WORST EXPERIENCE...I came as a walk in on a Friday around 10 AM and ended up having to see one of the PA. She came in, took one look at the chart asked me a question and then went back to reading the chart. Did not listen to a word I said. I was then prescribed an antibiotic and she rushed out the door not even addressing any of the 4 concerns I mentioned. I had a reaction to the meds so I went back a week later only to see the same PA and the same if not worse treatment. She was uneducated and did not seem to know what to do with my symptoms so just ignored them. She did not take even 5 minutes with me and I am now over a month out, my symptoms have gone from bad to worse and I am now missing work, graduate school classes and paying even more money to go see another doctor. Not to mention the 2 hour wait with only 3 other patients waiting. No one got called back for over 45 minutes and it took 30 minuites between each of us for another to get called. WORST experience Ive ever had at a walk in clinic and I hope and pray that what is going on with me isnt something serious that could have been caught and stopped a month ago!

I went to see my PCP last Friday for a severe headache after a flight. My PCP was not there and instead I saw an idiot black PA, who refused to assess me, nor offer any suggestions to help me. I left and requested a refund, which was given On Monday, I called to see if my PCP was in. She was, so I went in as a walk in. After waiting 2 hours, the police showed up and escorted me out of the building stating I was not welcome there after my behavior on Friday (I asked for a refund because they refused to help me). They did refund my money, but I never saw my PCP, and she never knew why I was there. DO NOT GO TO THE FHG SPRING HILL CLINIC. They wont help or talk to you, and if you ask a question, they will have you escorted out by the cops, after waiting for 2 hours just to see the police......no PCP at all. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST TRUST ME.

Service levels here are horrific. Wait times are ridiculous, appointment or not. Waiting room times are at least 1/2 hour every visit. After one typically long 45 minute wait, Lafferty walks in merrily joking with assistant. I asked, quite mad at this point, what the wait was about, and he mumbled something about new computer systems. Phone assistance is just as deplorable. Just tried to make appointment with Lafferty, was put on hold, picked up and asked who I was waiting for, put on hold again, and 12 minutes later, disconnected. Honestly. Find another provider. I will.

I have nothing negative to say about this clinic. I have been to this clinic many times and still and will continue to go to this clinic. The longest I have ever waited was between 20 to 25 minutes from the time I was schedule to be there. I think that is a realistic wait time given that sometimes there’s people in there with worse illness than me. The wait time for me that I normally experience is between 8 to 10 minutes. I have always liked the medical staff and the doctors have also properly treated me and treated me well. I recommend this clinic.
