Absolute WORSE medical center to attend. Had to sit for over an hour the first time attending this place. I understand things come up and situations happen and Im very patient. Than after them not solving what was wrong with me I decided to give it a second shot, had to sit for over an hour and a half with still not being seen by a doctor!!!! Its very hard to keep a 3 month old baby calm in a doctors office...went out and asked if I would be seen soon and had such a rude encounter with a nurse who told me it was not her fault and to go sit down! Dr. black came over and was very nice and decided to take over my appt as I had been there for so long....had some test done and they told me they would call me withen the hour with my results...didnt get a call. Called them Monday morning after the weekend and got a voicemail so I left a message. Waited all day Tuesday and decides to call again and received the voicemail again. Got a call back a few hours later with a very rude nurse again saying they were negative no need to tell me.....Im trying to find out what is wrong with me and once again they failed to help me out!!!! Will never give this place my business again and I hope everyone else will make the right decision not to as well.

My family & I have been patients here for several years. Emily Adams PA & Dr. Brian Black are why we stayed. Great Dr.s BUT the office staff is RUDE! It takes forever...being a walk-in is understandable BUT setting an appointment two weeks out & having to sit in the waiting room for 1 hour & 15 minutes is uncalled for. Please note signs on front door say NO Drink...food, or perfume/cologne. Their are a few nice nurses but for the most part not :( They fax the majority of scripts in which many times dont go through. You get to pharmacy after their office is closed, then getting script filled can be a REAL PROBLEM!

So I went there for awhile Emily is sweet. The problem is giving you appointments to places 60 miles from your house that you have to go to the very next day and you have no car and little time to find a ride. Or the various appointments they give you that you can no make again cause of cost and transportation and then complaining to you about not making appointments. The hour wait in the office the 2 hour to once 6 hour wait in the doctors office. With the exception of Emily most were rude and I never saw my doctor once in the time I was using them. From what I saw Dr. Black does not do anything his nurses do

This is the only drs office that will see my husband for his long-term (lifelong) workers comp case. They are my dr, too. Im especially fond of Emily and Lelia, the PAs on staff, but all of the drs are very kind. Theres been some changes to the front office staff over the last couple of years and I found there were some hiccups in service, but overall things go smoothly. I go once a year for a physical unless Im sick. If Im sick, they do their best to get me in as soon as possible.

We have been coming to Acute Medical Care for 5 yrs. I love being seen by Emily. She is so kind..and when Brian is in..he is great too! BUT...the front office staff is so rude. The lady that checks you in...she makes her personal phone call everyones business..the lady that you check out with...she never smiles, wont even give you eye contact and has a smart mouth. I so miss Kelly and the staff that worked with her!!

PA and staff were nice and took care of me and my family. Listened to our concerns and how we wanted to be treated medically. Follow up appointment was equally as pleasant. We were seen fairly close to our appointment time. I have been to practices with 2 hr delays. As new resudents to the area Acute Medical was our 1st experience with medical professionals in the area, and have stayed as patients.

Acute Medical caught my type 2 diabetes early and has successfully treated me for almost 3 years now. The doctors are easy to talk to and the staff is friendly. My wife has had equally good treatment. They are also some of the most reliable in attending to their patients in care facilities.

Emily is great..making an appointment and sitting in waiting room for 2 hours..literally. Going to the exam room and waiting almost 4..hold on 3 hours and 48 min...I started timing it...is ridiculous. If I make an appointment I should not have to wait nearly 6 hours to finish.

Waited 2 hours to be taken care of and they were supposed to fax my script off and failed to to that. So now I have to wait even longer for anything to help me get better

Totally over booked all the time.... doctors are good but never on time. Staff can be totally rude.
