I brought my daughter here We got here at 5 til 5 and they would not take her (Eventho they wasnt closed yet and had mexicans in the waiting room plus checking one in at desk) because they close at 5. I feel this office is for the hispanics, mexicans only.. it pisses me off the next morning we got here at open i had to wait for 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. I watched every single Hispanic go before me (even the ones that came in after me) I had to ask the front desk 2times how much longer.. Her hole tone of voice changes when they talk to the Mexicans than how she talked to me.. We got to the first room and waited another 45 min didnt get weighed or anything.. Nurses station was not working.. Sitting around talking bout the clock in machine not working.. Who worked what.. And when.. Not doing anything for the patients..my daughter Finally got weighed and moved to another room. Were we waited another 45 min.. This is a complete waste of time.. And a sorry excuse for a clinic.. Next time we will go to ER.. It would have been a lot faster. And a lot friendlier.

Quicks I went in on the 6th of September n had blood in my urine they wanted to send me to get ultrasound of my kidney for a 150 dollars witch I didnt have if I had money I wouldnt b there I felt like she rushed n didnt wanna take time to listen it was miss Williams they waited 4 days to call me n medicine that didnt work n made me wait two weeks to tell me blood was still in my urine then wanted me to wait another week cause she already treated me n then before my next appointment made me a appointment with a urine dr like I had money to go there so guess Ill b going to er if they cant help low income ppl y go there I guess they dont care about a bacteria infection or dont take it seriously Im still in pain n have wasted 3 weeks going there they need to b shut down or get new dr

Too much to even say. My health is worse since I began seeing her and they do nothing. Been waiting on a referral for a month and a half and still have not done it. Nurse did not chart important information in my chart. Never get a response. And the nurse has lied. And spoke with someone idk who while on the phone with me talking about who I was supposedly supposed to be referred to. Still dont know who it was in the background but apparently hipa laws do not apply to her.

Nice nurses, but because of its location its always busy and can be while to get seen. People need to understand that.
