Normally my experiences with Quest in Woodridge are quite pleasant, but today was not. I really dont mind waiting, but I wasnt even acknowledged for ten minutes after signing in. Ten minutes isnt long to wait, but then Josephine wrote on the sheet that I was being served 10 minutes before I was actually brought back. I pointed it out and wrote the correct time (she wrote 11:05am and I changed it to 11:15am) and I believe that she changed it back. When I arrived 5 minutes late for an 11am appointment there was no one waiting. As I signed in I saw that someone had signed in at 10:45am for an 11:15am. I also watched an employee (turned out to be Josephine) get something out of a closet and didnt turn around when I jingled the pen and its metal attachment. Debra Chance

My daughters Allergist suggested I get my daughters blood drawn at Quest.. I walked in with my daughter at 4:17 pm Friday afternoon 08.25.17 to only be told that they were closing one of the associates said hold on let me see if they could take her.. the other associate by the windo saw us in the waiting area to only ask at 425pm that they were closed.. I pointed to the sign on the entrance door and said it says it closes at 430pm.. then she replied you have to be here 15 minutes before, I replied we got here at 417.. she didnt even look at me and said sorry were closed.. worst treatment ever.. I will be reporting this facility in Woodridge to the BBB as well.. not professional and definitely lacking customer service
