Extremely rude. 2 front desk women had an attitude. Arrived at first at 7am and didnt get seen until 1.. hrs later. They said the Dr didnt know what he was ordering for labs and even after he was contacted they still gave us a hard time. My Dr called me back and told me he wasnt confident in their ability to draw for the right tests. They harassed me about my ins. The talked about me to each other loud enough that the whole lobby could hear. 2 other patients came up to me and said their behavior deplorable and unwarranted and wished me Goodluck. A Dr who was there as a patient came to me and told me they were harassing me and he didnt know why but what I could say to get around the roadblocks they were putting up. Then the 1 woman got on the phone and was talking about me, again very loudly that everyone could hear. She was snarky and condescending. My son is 16 and just needed a simple blood draw for food allergies and these 2 women were just awful!! 1 man in the lobby told me he comes routinely and theyre terrible to everyone. I think its a shame that there are other complaints in Google reviews and theyre still employed.

I spent an hour drinking water non-stop so I could do a pre-employment urine test at this location. Arrived 10:45am to an absolutely empty waiting room and a darkened front desk area with no one at it. When I approached, suddenly in the darkness near the back wall I see a sketchy looking guy in a lab coat sitting down checking his phone. Told him I needed to do a drug screening, he gestures over to a previously unseen woman (also in a lab coat) who struts out and tells me sternly "we only do those from 2-4pm." I shake my head in disbelief and begin to walk out, turn and say "really, I need to come back later, just to pee in a cup?" Yep. So I return at 2:15, check in with a different woman at the front desk, and while checking in suddenly the same tech in the lab coat from earlier strides over and says to her "he had an attitude before." Yeah, Ill be contacting corporate.

I went last Saturday to have my blood work done. I was scheduled for 9:30am and I was on time and they took me right away. I was very happy with my visit they have new people working at this facility. They were very courteous and nice even the lady who performed the blood work. This is five times better than my past visit here which was at least six months ago. I have to admit I was upset when I found out initially this was the only location I could go for my insurance because the people who was there before was rude. They have new people and they seem to know how to treat customers .

Very fast and efficient! I am always able to get right in. I have difficult veins and asked them if they would use a butterfly, which they did painlessly and without any problems. Great gals1 Only thing that needs improving is the dilapidated decor and maybe update the super old magazines and word puzzles that have all been finished...same ones each time I go in.

I was just at the Labcorp on 95th Street in Naperville. The phlebotomist was awesome - super nice, funny, and did the best job drawing blood that Ive ever experienced. AAA+!!!
