I also experienced the rude woman working at this location. I asked her about how long the wait would be (noticing there were people ahead of me ), her response was "all these people just walked in too". Which did not answer to my question. I sat down to wait. When she called me up to go over my insurance I was informed Labcorp requires me to give a credit card for any copay or balance that may be left over after the insurance pays. I did not want to do this and asked for my ID, insurance card, and lab orders back. She proceeded to say "if you let me finish, I said it will be billed through your insurance first". I interrupted her and informed her I understood what she was saying but I did not want to give my credit card to labcorp. She then asked me "why, dont you have a credit card with you?" I then demanded my stuff back so I could leave. I told her she was rude and the reviews online were accurate. She proceeded to call me crazy (in front of 3 of my kids) on my way out the door. This woman is very rude and condescending. Maybe she thinks speaking in a calm, soft voice means she is nice, but the attitude she has when she speaks sends the message she feels much more important than anyone else. Additionally, while waiting she took 2 phone calls (on speaker phone for the entire lobby to hear), and was condecending those callers as well. She is either a miserable, rude person or extremely unaware of herself.

I am an out of state employer attempting to pay in advance and discuss the paperwork we need to receive beyond just the result. There seems to be no obvious way to make human contact and the automated ordering system via website and telephone does not allow for the questions, answers, payment and other we need. I have since found a link to contact customer support but a current customer account number is required, which I obviously do not have. Waiting on a call from Centegra.

If you like scheduling an appointment, showing up on time, and waiting for over an hour, this is your place. Waiting room is a comfortable 138 degrees. The fine aroma of stale cigarette smoke will tantalize your senses. The staff will greet you with a "here, fill this out" type of charm. Truly an experience.
