I dont know if you can ever "love" giving a blood sample but although I am a very difficult "stick" the staff stayed very professional and kept working with me to fill my doctors order. Each time they had to look at a possible site for the blood draw they asked if I was ok and if they could continue. I requested they continue to try to "find" blood and even though it took the entire staff, I was able to get the lab work done that my doctor had ordered. I sincerely appreciated the LabCorp staff.

First rate. Have come here 3-4 times over 4 years. HARD to find, buried in a mall. Signage IS better than it used to be but the Garmin will send you into nevernever Garminland 2 miles too far west. Put Garibaldis in on Higgins Rd. In Hoffman estates, you pass it on your walk to the lab. They KNOW this and it could be corrected with the right IT guy and a call to Garminland. Minus a star.

They have bad customer service expecially on the phone. An idian lady who works at hoffman estates location is very rude. She was getting very aggressive with me, couldnt answer my questions and hanged up the phone without saying anything. Never going back there again.

One of the slowest places on the earth to have the lab work done. This is one person franchise, who checks-in patients, performs tests and also attends phone! If your insurance offers no other option, book an appointment in advance.

In and out super fast! And the Indian guy that seems to run the joint is super funny and happy about his job. Hardly made a mark either-see pic. No appointment and it literally took 15-20 minutes max!
