This was the worse experience ever!!! I went in on a Saturday morning to get blood work done to determine the length of my pregnancy; this was to get done every 48 hours. & I shouldve received the news on a Monday however they turned me away because of a $15 payment so My results were delayed to that following Wednesday. However, When I handed a $20 bill to the receptionist; she rudely informed me they dont accept cash! Monday I went in to my doctors office & was told by my OB that by law they could not turn me away for blood work no matter what! I was extremely pissed! Then, just yesterday I went in for a pre employment drug test. And I gave the receptionist (different lady) the order #. She had me take a seat. I waited for nearly 30 min. When it was finally my turn. I went in locked my belongs away, washed my hands, & waited patiently for a cup for them to inform me the order # i provided to them was EXPIRED!!! Why wasnt this told to me the moment I walked in & have to the receptionist????? Beyond aggravated with this damn facility! These ppl are so rude & do the most!

Last week on March 16th, 2015 I went in to get an pre-employment drug test taken. The receptionist was accommodating and pleasant, however the technician who conducted my drug test and the manager showed lack of professionalism and consideration for my patience and time when their computer system was not cooperating due to a recent software update. I understand things out of our control can happen, however the way they both were focused on trying to resolve the problem caused neither of them to acknowledge me now having to stand there silent trying not to get aggravated an extra 10-15 minutes unsure of what was happening, and if it was going to cause an inconvenience in properly submitting my test results. I did not get any eye contact or a "thank you for your patience" or "sorry for the inconvenience" after they got it resolved I was completely disregarded, and eventually just handed my papers and told "have a good day!" WOW. I definitely wont be using that facility again.
