When i was referred to Dr. Adajar i was afraid; and he quickly put me at ease. He did not talk down to me, as many doctors tend to, and explained step by step what the plan was going to be. I had 2 surgeries performed within a month span. The first resulted in an abnormality that had the word Pre-Cancer in there somewhere. Well the next was a Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Bilateral salpingo-oopheroctomy, cystoscopy... Thats a mouthful! Dr. Adajar explained that it was going to be a delicate surgery, but minimally invasive. Well, i had the procedure at St. Josephs on 6/27/14. I though that i was going to be in pain, since i did have a similar procedure to remove my gall bladder back in 1992 and i was in pain for weeks. Well, i left the hospital 6/28/14 with minimal pain. I was given both Motrin and a stronger pain medication to take home, well all i needed was the Motrin. It has been a week and i feel INCREDIBLE! I thank the Universe for having brought me to this wonderful Doctor. Oh, by the way; He personally called me a couple of days later to give me the news from pathology.. Clean bill of health. What doctor does that now? You always get a staff member, not that it is not appreciated but it is wonderful to hear your Doctor happy about your good news. I was at his office 4 days later for my post-op and i got the biggest most sincere hug from him.. Who does that? Dr. Allan Adajar.. Thats who!! go see him...you will be glad you did. ~~ Lissette Diaz 7/6/14

I had Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, and it went well. I was not in pain after the surgery,and my scars are not visible at all. I was very nervous before the surgery, but Dr Adajar was very assuring, I thought that I was going to be in bed-rest for at least 3 months , but to my surprise I was out of the house within a week and I was also able to drive within 10 days, and as for Dr Adajar he is more than a Doctor he is an amazing human being, he treated me like family! He kept checking up on me the whole time, he even spend the night in the hospital,and even when I got home he kept on calling me to make sure I was ok, even my Family Doctor told me that he was impress with him and his work,because he received my lab results immediately,and Dr Adajar also kept calling my family Doctor with updates on my surgery. I would give him 10 stars if I could! He is the BEST!!!!!!

When i was referred to Dr. Adajar i was scared because of past experience. ...but he put me at ease real quick.... He explained everything to me and i was ok still scared.... Got medical clearance and still scared, my surgery was scheduled for 7/13/17 at St. Joesph at 10am...still scared said my gd byes to my family and gt wheeled in.... Last thing i remember was waking up in recovery and was in a lil pain.... Was admitted to my room for overnight observation ....was a lil groggy but by the end of the nite i was up and sitting and walking the hospital halls.....i was actually expecting a very painful recovery but Adajar did such a great job Im 6 weeks in recovery and feeling AWESOME..... ty so much Adajar ..living in pain for soooo many yrs and now Im so happy im no longer in pain.. Thank You.
