Well lets start with being seen in a timely manner. This has never happened. Second when I finally do get in the room she is rushing. I didnt realize I had a balance and I offered to pay some but it wasnt good enough. She wouldnt see me unless I paid half and normally I would of but times are a little tight. I also have PPO and never had a remaining balance before. In addition she lets her receptionist sit up front and eat her lunch while checking in patients How unprofessional! I went to her when I had HMO and I researched her background. I stayed her because I hate switching doctors and I do understand running late sometimes. When she does give you her time she does seem to be a nice doctor but Im switching this is BS. I wasted a day with my son to be turned away because of money. What kind of doctor is that?

Dr.Thomas has been my doctor for over 10 years. She has ALWAYS been informative and sweet when she was with me. I LOVE her and I am disappointed her hours have changed BUT I understand because she is a mom ( family is important). I would recommend you give her office a chance - you wont be disappointed.

Dr. Sonya Thomas is very sweet and kind. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about her staff. The receptionists are very rude and have major attitude problems. I am no longer a patient here due to the poor professionalism
