Currently a patient at this practice. The nurses are friendly and I love the nurse practitioner but Ive had a horrible time actually getting answers when I ask questions about the health of my baby and I. Every question is danced around without ever being answered. I recently started getting very forceful about getting answers and it seems to be the only route. My biggest complaint though has to be the ultrasound techs. Ive had routine as well as emergent ultrasounds. Emergent or not the ultrasounds area always WAY rushed and thats just so unfair to a new or scared mother. On a non-emergent ultrasound I told the tech that Id never heard my babys heart beat. She found the heartbeat and I only had enough time to gasp and smile before she stopped and moved on, completely wiping the smile from my face. Honestly less than 2 seconds. I was crushed.... An ultrasound is a HUGE bonding experience for a mother to her child and I felt robbed of that every time I was seen there. I never had an experience where the techs there actually let me enjoy the ultrasond. Luckily I was seen by a specialist and the ultrasound thee was amazing. They actually cared if I saw my babys face or not. I still use this practice but I doubt I will again if the need ever arises with a 2nd baby.

Ive been going to this location for several years now, I say location because besides my first appointment, Ive never seen my "Doctor" I always get bumped to a nurse practitioner. And when you get bumped, they call you and if you dont pick up, they just ask you to call them back, so you have no idea what its about and sit worrying that something is wrong with you until you call them and sit on hold for 20 mins. Last time I went I waited for 30 mins in the front then waited another 30 in the exam room. Trust me, waiting in a paper gown is not fun. The usual person I get bumped to carries a laptop, she changes her gloves when she comes in, but then she touches her computer, who knows whats all over that thing. Recently Ive had to have some extra tests run, no one I came in contact with gave me any information whatsoever. Whats the point of going to the Dr if I have to learn everything thru WebMD? This place is getting worse and worse, Im looking elsewhere.

I just moved to this state and found out I am pregnant with my 4th child. I have had 3 appointments with them and are very unhappy. the doctor I saw ,Dr.Baldwin, really didnt seem as personable as I wanted he was more concerned with just getting me out of the office. The nuses were nice but that was about it. At my first appointment I didnt even get to see a doctor. I had to wait 6 weeks to even see the doctor. when I finally saw the doctor I had to push them to do a pap. all they seem to do is just want to see you in there office and hand you paperwork. I have never seen a doctors office that doent even check the baby. I am never going back to them again. I prefer a doctor that cares about the person not the money.

I love this office, I recommend it to everyone I know! Ive never had a bad experience with any of the staff. I have had 2 babies going to this office, Dr. Baldwin is great! With my second baby, I actually went into labor a month before I was due, and it was while Dr. Baldwin was not in the office for a couple days. So I ended up seeing a couple of the other doctors, which is exactly why I go to this office! They all work together and can easily fill in when needed. Id hate to have had this scenario while attending an office with only one doctor, especially when time is crucial. Dr. Borden ended up being the main one to look after me and deliver baby, she did a wonderful job too!

This place is a literal joke. Dr. Baldwin the doctor we see is great. The others in the office are a disgrace to the medical community. 1. The Drs will prescribe oxycontin like its candy to a nursing mother. 2. When you have an issue an call within hours after an appointment. They tell you were closing in 30 minutes and the Nurse Practitioner you seen didnt document your issue youll have to go somewhere else. We were in the office and my wife asked about an issue she was having the NP didnt document it. But said to call if there was an issue. We called and got told tough crap go somewhere else. Very unprofessional people. I do not recommend them one bit.

Dr. Riely is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. When I tried talking to her about my concerns she always made comments about my weight when my concerns had nothing to do with my weight. She put that stupid Nexplanon in my arm and I wanted it removed and she tore my arm up trying to get it out and then the nurse practitioner got it oit on the first try! She didnt ever listen to me and refused to do an annual pelvic exam to me. When my friend was giving birth, she wasnt around. She came in to catch the baby and ended up almost killing the baby due to incorrect circumcision. I do not recommend!

I travel from Louisville just for this office. They have always been wonderful. From the doctors, the reception, the nurses... I cannot express how great my experience is with this office. After I had my second baby, they were the only office that would help me with postpartum depression, including my psychiatrist! If I have another baby, I will most definitely be back here. Braidi H. Was my doctor but was unable to deliver my baby. Even though Id not met the doctor before, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. After a horrible experience with Norton, this place is a dream.

I love Dr. Heather Lewis! She provided great care for me before, during, and after the birth of my 2nd child. Shes a skilled practitioner and has a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses and ultrasound techs were all very nice as well. My wait times were usually reasonable, except for the one or two times Dr. Lewis was delayed because of an emergency. when that happened, they notified me as soon as they could and gave me option to reschedule, or see nurse practitioner or another doctor, instead of waiting, if I wanted.

They were fine while I was pregnant but as soon as I had my baby they started being super rude. Ive been trying to talk to a nurse for 2 weeks now about the birth control Igor put in because Im having all kind of conversations motivations with it and I havent gotten through to anyone, Ive called and left multiple messages and I even told the receptionist that I needed to talk to the nurse not and answering machine and she got smart about it and hung up on me.

Dr. Reiley is wonderful! Great bedside manner, she takes her time to talk to me and answer all my questions. I was referred to her by my primary for some PM bleeding and she was very concerned. Her staff scheduled me for a hysteroscopy D&C with in a week or so. I am now waiting for my FU visit on Monday. I highly recommend Dr. Rieley! The staff from check in, to scheduler is wonderful.
