I work for a large Big box chain. I needed to get some blood work done for my work health challenge. I did not have an appointment. I walked in the front door and noticed no one was in the waiting room. As I was walking towards the receptionist window the receptionist looked at me and turned around and walked off to the back. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I stood there for 5 minutes hoping she would walk back out, but she didnt. I signed in and sat down. I could hear her and another employee laughing and talking about personal things, not work related. About 10 minutes later a couple walked in and signed in as well. They had no appointment , the nice lady told me as we started talking. Another 10 minutes past and the rude associate walked out and looked straight past me to the couple waiting and called them back. The nice lady then says "I think she was here first. Still no acknowledgement, l walked past her through the door. The other associate in the back said to go to room 2. She followed me back there. I told her I was there to get blood work done thru my company which she knew about the health challenge and how it works. She looked in the computer and said you are not signed up in my system. At that point I knew all she had to do was call my insurance company to confirm me but instead she told me I am not in her system. I got up and walked out. These 2 women working there are very unfriendly and unprofessional. Not willing to help me and in anyway. Lazy and rude! I will go to the covington location where my coworkers go because when I got back to work a couple of them told me they had bad experiences at the Mandeville location as well and will not go back there. These 2 individuals need to be flipping hamburgers if they cant be friendly and helpful to the patients who walk into there facility. Keeping it real!

Just rude. The lady greeted me with "Room 1". She said everything so fast that it was inconprehendable. She tried to collect a $75 co-pay that I knew I wasnt responsible for. When I told her I was confused bc it should be covered at 100% she responded "Im gone tell you one more time....". I left before the blood was drawn and did not return when the insurance company confirmed that she should not have collected a co-pay.

Horrible! Second time I have walked out of this location without being seen. The girls that work there have zero customer service. Having your name called out and then "have your ID and insurance card out" is not my idea of a warm welcome into a medical facility. On top of the poor customer service you are not seen at your scheduled appointment time. Walk ins are taken before you are so why bother making an appointment?

I use Quest often for lab work. With the exception of one time, it is always a pleasant experience, never a problem...the women working there are professional and friendly. If you want to be assured of fast, professional service done by a very sweet young lady, ask for Dana. I would give Quest a 3 or 4 because of this one tech. But Dana make things right, actually going out of her way to insure this.

I was greeted by Doree at the front desk. She was friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait as no one else was in the waiting room. Doree did an excellent job drawing blood. She knew her stuff and also put me at ease with light conversation.

I THINK THE WOMEN WHO WORKS AT THIS SITE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, SWEET,AND CARING! THEY DEMONSTRATE GREAT QUALITY WORK! GREAT PLACE TO HAVE BLOOD WORK OR ANY LABS PERFORMED!
