This place is absolutely terrible. After clear directions from my wifes doctor that she did not have to fast for a particular test he was ordering, she was told by the technician at this location that she did indeed need to fast. The next day, after fasting all day, she went to get her blood drawn, only to be told by a different technician that she didnt need to fast, and that the previous person "just wanted to get out of there and didnt want to do it" since we were there about 45 minutes before closing. She was also very rude, spoke condescendingly, and intentionally scared my wife by saying "WOW" when she was reading the order, "this is going to require a lot of blood." And when I asked how much exactly, she responded, "we take as much blood as the patient can handle, she will probably feel faint, and she will need to rest here for at least a half an hour before attempting to drive." NONE of this turned out to be true, as my wife was able to get in and out in less than 20 minutes, and did not require all of the blood and recovery that the first technician indicated. How is there not a protocol? Avoid this place at all costs.

Oct 7th..0700 hrs had blood work accomplished by a phlebotomist who was working alone. She was courteous..professional & thorough. My whole experience was 110%...Tks again!!
