By far one of the worst experiences I have had with an OB GYN, wait times of an hour plus on average, and young, cocky doctors with poor bedside manner and no willingness to provide patients any comfort. They are also very poor at answering direct questions and often staff tries to pass the buck. The tag line of this facility should be, "thats not my job, and there is no extra step I am willing to take for you". The staff and doctors keep poor communication amongst themselves and often dont even know why youre at your appointment. Its a shame that the selection for low income families includes this facility who very blatantly show you how much they do not have your best interest at heart, its all about whats going to get you in and out the quickest or be less tedious for them

Dr. Dokun is excellent physician and so pleasant. He really cares about you as a person. Most of the staff are the same way. I have met a few that treated you as if you were a nuisance. I guess thats anywhere. The organizational system is sadly lacking. I feel it is so unorganized that they run run a patient around all over the place unnecessarily. I went without meds and food to go for tests and they did not have the meds to do the tests. Had to reschedule and do again when I didnt feel like going the first time. My husband missed an entire days work to take me, Difficult to get someone on the phone to help you. Very poorly ran system.
