EXTREMELY difficult to schedule appointments. Have waited an hour on the phone to schedule 20 mins then another 30 to get through to someone and when you get through your transferred multiple times. OFFICE STAFF are rude. The facility is over scheduled and under staffed. Doctors there are not bad but the difficulty of communicating and making appointments and finding an available appointment is NOT worth is. Overall patient care is not good because of the office staff. Office manager was also rude and made excuses for the problems and did not offer and solutions or concern. I was told there are other offices in the area I can look into.

Ive been using this hospital since 2007. I absolutely love my doctor and so do my kids. Making an appointment over the phone can be tedious and there are times when they are over scheduled. The hardest part is getting a same day appointment as they fill up quickly. I have never experienced a wait time of more than an hour for an appointment (and long waits have only happened twice). The staff are usually friendly but just like anyone else, they sometimes have their bad days. The paper work is not that bad. Three or four small forms once a year.

Its not a bad facility, but like most semi-government run centers, expect a wait even with an appointment, although walk-in is available during certain hours. Paperwork is huge, and is another downside. The longest period waiting is to actually see the doctor, after your vitals are taken. They do accept medicare and medicaid which is a huge plus for lower income families and individuals, as well as their sliding fee scale. They also have an on site lab (Labcorp), if your doctor does order blood work or other tests.

They never answer the phones almost impossible to get a same day appt and with a sickly child it is important to get ahold of them I was on hold for over 2 hrs trying to find out when her appt time was on the 17th very unacceptable!

Horrible. Rude IF they answer the phone..IF you dont get transferred to an answering machine...horrible healhcare....sad..used to refer everyone here until Touchette took over :(

My sons doctor is very kind and patient, and the immunization clinic is fantastic. The facility is older and shows it, but the staff is awesome.
