I very much like Dr. Hyat. He seems to be a very knowledgeable & caring doctor. But the staff and even the nurse practitioner are unprofessional. I had heard good things about Nurse Ashley. But when I saw her maybe she was having a bad day, I cant t say anything positive about her. She was unpleasant and rude. She didnt smile the entire visit, just sat there & looked annoyed the whole time. Bed side manner of Oscar the Grouch. And the staff - with the exception of 1 person - make you feel as if youre bothering them. And good luck trying to reach the office if its close to closing. They close at 4 pm, not 5 pm as the internet says. Ive called several times around 3:30 pm and the phone is always busy, non stop till 4:00. Then exactly at 4:00 pm the answering machine comes on. At first I thought they were just really busy but after it happened a couple times in a week, I finally realized what they were doing. Why not just say the phones are off at 3:30 pm? I guess because youre not supposed to be ignoring the phone? 5 stars for Dr. Hyat, the rest is 1 star.

Very nice staff from the front desk to the nurses and the Dr Ive been seeing the same doc for around 4 years I really like him and he is upfront with u I really like the place even though it is a long drive for me I consider it worth it

A decent doctor but some of the staff are impolite and inconsiderate. They are not trained in customer service. I switched doctors for better staff and getting things done!

Absolutley horrible.. Tried to have my wife sign a hipa release form but already had all of her private information prior.. She did not sign it. It is being reported.
