This clinic is in need of a review on acting like they care about the people they have under thier care. This is a problem with the reception/clerical people. Suffice to say these folks would rebel against someone who treated them the way they treat the patients. After a two month wait I was able to see the doctor. The doctor and her medical care team were very good and I was pleased with that portion of the service. They were open, friendly and seem to actually care about providing top notch care. Thank you very much for easing the concerns raised by my first contact with this clinic. Perhaps some re-education and sensitivity training are in order, I dont know....

The lab is super slow. Its a "take a number" system. In the last hour 3 numbers were called and I still have 7 more to go. Ive been waiting for over an hour and a half. At this rate I can expect to be here all day.
