What a terrible group. No one will answer the phone. I encountered a road closure due to construction, finally got someone on the phone who told me "Ill just have to figure out a way around the construction and after 10 minutes they wont see you." I asked to be connected to my office and the phone just rang and eventually I was disconnected. When I made it to the office I was told the person I was seeing wouldnt answer the phone, imagine that and theyll have to reschedule me. I declined and am going elsewhere.

Poorest patient care or customer service experience in many years and many providers. No concern for appointments or patients time...especially if youre not one of the employees friends or family that they hang out with while you wait.

My nursing staff was ok they didnt really listen to what problems i have been having but worst of all getting someone to answer the phone is the worst ive yet seen its ridiculous and they dont call u back
