This is what happens when your own doctor and clinic refuse to give you a same day appointment when there is a great need---you end up at UC with 100 other very sickly people coughing and spewing their germs all over everyone. Waited in line to register for over 15 minutes, then waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before my name was called. Then a much older nurse called me in (probably 75+) and normally I would be happy seeing older people still employed, but this woman was RIDICULOUSLY SLOW! She was very insulting saying she didnt think the "normal" BP cuff would fit me (Im about 58" and 175 pounds) and acted the same over the lovely gown she gave me that actually could have fit a 400 pound woman (although she treated me like *I* was 400 pounds)! She typed so slowly on the keyboard and I as long as she took, I thought she was writing my entire life story! Kept asking me the SAME questions over and over too and was asking me about meds from 20-30 YEARS ago! Usually after you are taken into the examination room, the nurse is only with you about 5 minutes at the most before the doctor comes in. Not this place! This older nurse took 45 MINUTES to put everything in the computer I told her clicking one keystroke about every 4 seconds BEFORE I even got to see the doctor, which didnt even turn out to be a doctor but a physicians assistant, who it was very obvious HATED her job! When you pay to see a doctor, it should be a DOCTOR, not a PA! Nurses gave me an EKG but when it was over, they didnt even remove half of the sticky tags all over me and didnt see them until I got home and changed clothes. And if that werent enough, they tried to call me before I got home and couldnt reach me so they called my HUSBAND asking him how to get ahold of me like it was some kind of medical emergency (it wasnt) so he knew I was at the clinic which I did NOT want him to know! Apparently its not a violation of HIPAA rules but should be! I dont think I will ever go back to this UC unless Im severely bleeding or dying!

I went to Urgent Care here 4/3/17. Everyone from intake to seeing the doctor was professional and caring. I had gotten a kind of serious bump on my head. They gave me case priority and determined that I didnt have a concussion (that I kind of suspected due to lack of serious symptoms). I was given the option of a staple for they cut but declined. My insurance gate keeper had told me to go to the emergency room, but I didnt want to get hung up there and thought that urgent care was the way to go, so they said OK. In the end I was only in there for 90 minutes and could get on with my day. The clinic is new - was just opened in mid Dec. It is on the near east side, which was very convenient (and there was plenty of parking). So everyone was great. Thank You to all.

Worst urgent care clinic I have ever been to! The doctor who treated me missed the classic signs of BRONCHITIS and basically diagnosed me with a cold! The older male doctor who saw me was extremely condescending to me, following his index finger along with each word he read as if I was incapable of reading it myself, and then refused to run any test at all---not an X-ray, not even an offer to put me on a nebulizer as I told him I was having problems BREATHING, it felt like something was sitting on my chest and it felt like my airway was restricted. People with simple colds dont wheeze and have trouble breathing! And literally two minutes after I told him I was unable to sleep because of my loud chest wheezing and extremely sore throat, he tells me to go to bed 30 minutes earlier! This doctor is a joke and should NEVER be practicing medicine on human beings!

First, why move a clinic at all? I go to the old location and theyre gone. Then I get here and the urgent care wait time is an hour and a half. OK. Whatever. 3 hours later Im like hey, when are you going to stop seeing people that are coming in after me with less severe symptoms and see me? They say "well the wait time is now 2 hours." So I say "yeah, so you should have seen me an hour ago." They keep seeing people that have a cough or something like that before me while Im waiting to be seen for symptoms of appendicitis. Im in massive pain and they just kept me waiting for 4 hours before finally getting me in a room. I know its because I dont have insurance. If thats not illegal it absolutely should be. Dont bother coming to this place. Youd be seen sooner if you drove to Milwaukee.

Worst clinic ever. I paid the $75 co-pay to see a Dr and they sent in a Physicians Assistant, normally I wouldnt mind, but the PA had a very bad odor and looked terrible with unwashed hair & strong body odor. I insisted on seeing a Doctor. That angered the Physicians Assistant, she was as rude as can be, left the room and in walks Dr. Hippy who spent a whopping 3 minutes in the room, wrote out a prescription and left. NEVER, EVER will I go waste my money where a clinic is so rude and so unhappy with their lives. If I am going to pay these astronomical fees, I expect they can at the very least, show a little compassion.

The receptionist, in the two departments I was directed in were the most rude, lack of caring, people I have EVER associated with while in a doctors office. I really did stay calm, apparently asking for clarification is not something to do when talking to a doctors office. Im very upset and will make sure to never give you my business. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to switch, you can thank your award winning receptionist, absolute disgrace.

Im not sure how all of these people have these months and even years old experiences with Union Corners clinic. It opened yesterday. A year ago it was a vacant lot. If you went to a vacant lot for urgent care its understandable that you got poor service. Leaving at 3 stars because I havent had a chance to actually go there, but I set up some appointments today. Just found it funny all of these reviews by people who couldnt possibly have gone there.
