The Map location pin is wrong and the "outside picture" is showing the Ameren Company building, which is across and down the street. 2136 Vadalene is on the right hand side of the road when you are heading in the East direction (heading toward Anderson Hospital) finding the Quest Diagnostic it is a building clearly marked 2136 (It is a group of "street parallel orientated strip mall designed buildings. Lots of free parking and convenient building access.(very short, level, and stair step free walking.). Good Luck, Oh, my visit there was very good.

Do not go here!! Lab core and Anderson Hospital are better choice. They dont have a qualified medical coder and they messed up both me and my wifes medical claims repeatedly and charged me bill for something which should have been preventive. When I called them about it in ther customer server the lady was very rude. It is their job to file the claim correctly and as patients we trust them that they did. I did not appreciate how rude they were when i asked for correction.

I have been using this lab for almost a year now and Ive never had an issue with them. I make appointments and every time have been taken care of within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I have never experienced any of the problems others have complained about. Keep up the good work ladies!

Waited for 1.45 hours to drop off a lab. Staff at the desk was unwelcoming and rude. When I finally made it back to drop off, the person assisting me was apologetic and nice. The rest of the staff were not. Packed waiting room and they were very audible about taking lunch at 11 am.

shameful lack of service. unable to speak with anyone per phone, my 80 year old mother cannot navigate the automated telephone appointment system, and does not use the internet. we will be seeking another company to get lab services.

The automated phone scheduler is difficult to use, and the web site is impossible. It all used to work fine, but recent changes have made it useless.
