If I could give no stars I would. I went to this location 2 weeks ago, scheduled my apt online got a confirmation number and everything. I went on the time and date I had requested by the appt online. When we got there it was 5 families all sitting waiting no problem. It was weird though because there was no receptionist or someone behind the counter to check you in so everyone was just singing a sign in sheet, so I did sign in as well and sat down. 10 minutes later very close to my appt time my name is called not my confirmation number or hey 1030 appt we are ready my name. I go and this nurse wont even look at my referalls from my doctor, I should note I was going in for some blood work my doctor had requested. Apparently for United healthcare members it is cheaper to go get blood work done through Labcorp as they have some form of partnership together... I didnt say easier. Anyways after being poked and prodded for 15 minutes they got my blood I asked when I would find out results the nurse said we will be in contact. Ha. Its now been about 2 weeks now no results called my doctor they dont have any. I contacted Labcorp and oh they have no record of me. What? They are saying confirmation numbers mean nothing to them nor does my name or birthday they cant find me. How? I scheduled online on their website. Got a confirmation number. Was called by name at my appointment time. Wheres the problem? So instead of saying we LOST your samples they are going with you never were here do you go by any other names. I known I was their and I only go by one name. This company does drug testing for many companies and is pretty big apparently though they cant even tell you who comes to visit their locations or keep track of their samples. DO NOT USE THEY LOOSE YOUR SAMPLES AND TELL YOU THAT YOU NEVER WERE THEIRV. I just dont like the fact that they are lying to me, my blood samples are out in limbo and they cant tell me any other information. Just own it and admit you lost my sample instead of telling me Im lying and was never there. I never heard of this and my doctors told me to go back to their location to speak to them but my job and their weird hours I cant until the weekend I just wished I had paid the higher price and had not gone here, it would have saved me more time this is not a better way United healthcare ditch them and just discount patients either someplace more relaiable or at our doctors office. Big waste of my time and very disappointed.

Our experience in a word was....horrible! Just got back from taking my daughter to have her blood drawn. We signed in 3 minutes after they opened the door at 8AM and she wasnt called to do the paperwork until nearly 9AM. We waited for well over an hour for a 3 minute blood draw. The staff (two women) were both not only extremely rude to us and several of the other clients that came in, they seem to be just plain disorganized and careless. At least 8 others who signed in after us were taken first. They had obviously overlooked my daughter and when questioned they claimed that they had called her.....really! We were sitting about 6 feet from their window! They did not own their mistake and never once apologized for it. As a parent and as a healthcare professional I find the service here appalling and completely unprofessional. We will not be going back here again. I highly recommend that this labcorp office be avoided if you value your time and dignity.

I was there a month ago for blood work. When I read all the terrifying reviews I was panicking. My appointment was at 11 a.m. Schedule an appointment for sure guys! Dont just walk in. Anyway, there was absolutely no one at 11 on a Monday. The receptionist quickly processed my order and they called me. I waited about 5 minutes till I got called. The Asian guy was so sweet and funny. He quickly does his job. My veins are hard to get but he had no issues from the first time. Everything was so quick. I was in there for 15 minutes. I want to thank you for your services. So whoever wants to be in and out, schedule an appointment online. Preferably before 11:30. Lunch hours do get busy as he said. Its normal, everything gets busy around lunch. I learned not to always belive peoples reviews and complaints. Yeah you will wait when you go around lunch hours or just walk in. Duhh! Anyway I was happy with the service.

Gawd, I hate coming here. This is my second time in a few years. The staff is rude and unfriendly. I peed in my cup, washed my hands while the nurse went out to flush the toilet. I thought Id retrieve my locked up items. I got an emphatic "NO no no no no NO! You need to do PAPERWORK first!" That was after getting a non-explanation on how to lock up my stuff, and no idea what to do with myself after I handed off the cup. Youll get little information on the routine for the prep, and then heaven forbid you try and do any activity to move the process along. 3 disgruntled old bats working there this afternoon. Vacant expressions. Seriously, if its that bad to work there, then its time for these nurses to move on and spare us patrons the pain of being in their presence. Ill move my search circle outward and drive the extra distance to find a different facility next time. They just suck.

Showed up for a drug test and was told they dont do that except from 2-4pm. This information was technically on the website, but parsed so poorly that it was impossible to discern meaning from it. Staff was unhelpful and rude. The gray haired woman at the desk made personal phone calls and swore multiple times while blatantly ignoring me. Long hair guy who did help me did not apologize for the confusion but instead felt it necessary to point out that the drug screening times are clearly marked in the door. Well yes, thats true, but it doesnt change the fact that I would have to come in to see that. It therefore doesnt deal with the fact that my time is being wasted unnecessarily in the slightest. Also, no formal methods appear to exist to complain about the misinformation concerning the hours, or the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff. Go somewhere else if you can.

Ill make this simple; DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Every negative review is an accurate reflection of the service you will receive. The staff is very rude and the wait times are ridiculous. My girlfriend and I arrived on time for a 10:00am appointment and our name wasnt called until 11:15am. That is despite having an appointment, and people that arrived after us were taken care of before us. It really reflects on LabCorp as a company that they havent addressed the issues with this office. If you look online, the bad reviews go back years so clearly customer service isnt a priority for them. Save yourself the lost time and the frustration and just go somewhere else.
