*UPDATE: Well what a joke. The Dentist decided to see my Daughter that had the infection because they were obligated, due to prescribing her medication for treatment for her tooth. So they tell me that they will see her today at 5. Which is about 50 miles round trip. To complete her treatment. So my husband took her and they just fix the two teeth that they priscribed antibiotics for and said to go some where else for the rest. The dentist told my husband she dont care basically and she left it up to her staff. Its like they did this on purpose because Im on a fixed income and stressed to them that I have to make trips wisely. I thought they were going to do all her treatment. I already had an appointment for all my kids to get re checked for the 1st of August and its 10 miles from my home. I will do better research next time before just being referred. By the way the person who referred me goes to the Ontario location. It sucks that the staff had to ruin my opinion of the Doctor now. What Pedodontist treats patients like this just cause I chose to speak up for the sake of my children. Why keep taking new patients and have open appointments for that but cant even schedule an existing patient for treatment within a timely manner. 3-5 weeks later, huh. *07/25/17They just cancelled all my kids and threatened that they called Denti Cal on me and reported me for asking for quicker u appointments than 3-5 weeks. They saidthe reason is because I left a bad review so I am deffered. I cant believe a Dentist will defer someone even though they administered antibiotics and will take it out on a 6 year old because I spoke up and wanted my kids to be treated before they schedule more new patients when they havent even finished with the ones they have.

I came here after seeing several dentists for my sons teeth. Sadly he needed extensive work and the frustration I felt with myself and other dentists in the area was beginning to weigh heavily on me. Im so glad I found this place though. Let me start by saying that everyone who works here is professional and caring. Thats important for the parent and child both. Aside from the professionalism and caring, came a level of expertise I can only describe as spectacular. Watching the previously seen dentist flop around my sons mouth left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but my experience here was so different. You could tell immediately that the skill of the doctors and assistants both were top notch. If you have any fears about your childrens dental needs take them here and you well soon pot those fears to rest. Thank you doctors and staff for your outstanding treatment if my son!

Best dental office for kids! they are quick and make the treatment fast and comfortable for the children. Would recommend to those parents like myself who get nervous over everything when it comes to your children! I was very nervous about the laughing gas but the staff is very comforting and the Dentist is quick and non judgmental over bad teeth.. they make the visit fun for the kids and always gives them a toy for being good sports... other Dental offices lecture parents in a rude way not this office they will tell you exactly whats wrong in a professional way and get the work done! Loved that! I even do a 45 min drive! Thank you to the staff for being such a great team! will deft. refer your office..

Not satisfied at all my daughter visited in November and had treatment done. They told me that she was done with her treatment and take her back for her 6 months checkup i decided no to take her there i went to different dentist where she had previously visted and they told me that ser had unfinished treatment they even showed x-rays of the fillings were not put correctly. Really disappointed i dont recommend it. They told me that they had completed all the work and i always keep up with my childrens appointments so its not like Im not responsible enough to know.

We are new to the area and needed a dentist for our two kids. We couldnt be happier with choosing Dental Kidz Club. Dr. Chun and the staff were great with our kids and they actually enjoyed their visit. From the moment we stepped into the office the kids had fun watching videos on the big screen and playing games in the waiting area. When our kids were brought back to Dr. Chun she was very engaging and the kids did amazing even through a few cavity issues. If youre a parent looking for a safe, positive experience, this is the place. Thank you Dr. Chun!

I hate this place cuz the staff wuz arguing with my mom and they treated her like if she was 5 and stuff and it kinda sucks they only did half of my mouth and that half of my mouth is in pain and it hurts alot and they said in 45 days so my mom was trying to get my appointment sooner and the staff started to agrue with her and they kicked my mom out and said find somewhere else to get the appointment i wish my moms freind would have never referred her here so we would have never went....

First time there and was extremely PLEASED. My son has always been nervous going to a dentist that I sooo dreaded each time I took him. My son APPROVED! My daughter also enjoyed her experience. As the other reviews I read. Its true the staff is WONDERFUL. Iam very excited to finally find a dentist who teat kids with respect. So when they go to a regular dentist when they are all grown up, we can thank Dental Kidz for preparing them for adulthood.

Today was my one & only 3 year old son first visit to the dentist, and the staff was so awesome! I higly recommend them to anyone looking for a home dentist for their children. Very great visit cant wait for our next one soon! Overall clean and nice child-friendly building, but poor staff. Half fast dental work Incomplete dental work You have to have multiple trips just to fill a few cavities. Poor service to lower income people. Refused service for my younger siblings after mom tried to get them earlier appointments, because school starts soon and one child has her two front teeth completely ruined and needs caps.
