This place over books there patients I came here for a ortho consultation and a gerneral cleaning. My apptionment was at 3:00pm and I am currently still waiting at 3:30pm in the lobby to be seen. I arrived at 2:59 to only see a lobby full of patients waiting to be seen. The lady that was in front of me had been waiting for an hour. Basically they had told me that I was the second person in line to be seen by the specialist. This general dentist does share their office once a month with a specialist orthodontist. Which must be the start of all the confusion. I went to the desk to ask how long it would take to get my cleaning and they told me that they are still waiting on a chair and it could be an additional hour to get me in the chair then add the cleaning service which would have been an additional hour. I have came here just for dentist services and not had this long of a hassle to get my teeth fixed. I do not think that it was wise to have the specialist only come in once a month. He has so many patients wanting to see him I would have preferred to go to his home office for ortho and came here for general dentist.

My husband first visited Regal Dentistry with a cracked tooth that needed a crown. The staff and dentists were so helpful and accommodating and because they have the newest equipment, he was able to get a brand new crown in one visit! They did a beautiful job! He has gone back again for a deep cleaning and fillings and each visit has been a great experience. The friendliness of the staff is top rate and the dentists are knowledgeable and really know what they are doing. Finding a good, reliable dentist can feel like a gamble sometimes, but we feel that we are definitely in good hands at Regal!

My appointment was at 9 am for fillings. Work didnt start till 10 am. They didnt do a really good job explaining what it was that they were doing. I would suggest they space out their appointments because I felt like they rushed throughout the procedure and when he was done he just left. He never asked if I had any questions or anything. I love my teeth and would like to know everything about them. However the staff was friendly.

All of the staff at Regal Dentistry were very polite and helpful .I would also like to add that I had three extractions today and the procedures were very pleasant.Dr. Dan Rusen was so gentle and made sure that I was very comfortable during the procedure. My extractions were difficult and he was very patient and kind and told me step by step what was happening. I would highly recommend this Dr. Dan at Regal dentistry.

When you walk into Regal Dentistry you imediatly feel welcomed. The staff is extreamly friendly with the office culture filled with positivity and professionalism. More importantly they are all very skilled and gental when working in your mouth. They are also very sensitive to any discomfort you might feel and gladly accommodate. I highly recommend this dentist office and am glad I have made them mine!

Hands down, the greatest dentist and office team in SoCal. Trust me, skip all the chain dental offices that just want to take your money and sell you stuff you dont need. Go see Dr. Joel Monalese and Joy. They will change your opinion on dentists and dental services...oh and youll love your smile afterwards! My wife and I go here and when my daughter gets older, she will be coming here as well!

Love this place, the staff are super friendly! The office is very clean and everyone seems happy to work there. I was shopping for a new dentist in Eastvale and couldnt find one I like for various reasons. The Doctor is so friendly and takes his time to ask questions and explain things. I have been to Four different dental office in Eastvale and Corona/Norco - this one is the best!

I am extremely afraid of needles but the staff at Regal Dentistry is so friendly and comforting that now going to the dentist isnt a big deal and I actually keep up with my appointments. They entire staff has really helped to take that stress off of my shoulders and it is a great feeling. Regal Dentistry is a blessing.

I was really afraid and anxious about going to the Dentist for a root canal. After going to Dr. Riegel I cant even say how relieved I was during the entire procedure. The Dentist and staff were super supportive and the experience was very pleasant compared to all of the horror stories I have heard in the past.

Dr.Regal is professional, courteous, and friendly. He knows what needs to be done and goes right to work. The staff gets me in really quick too, My regular visits rarely last more than half an hour. I have the utmost confidence in him, and frequently recommend him to my friends and family.
