I started coming to this dentist since march 2014. He first did a deep cleaning and and extraction. I didnt feel normal so I went back several times to get its checked on..then they suggested that I change my fillings to all white..and I paid cash! They didnt tell me that a side affect would be to much stress on my tooth and it cause me to see a specialist and have to get a root canal! I dont have money for that. He offered to start the root canal and kill the nerve with cover it with a temporary filling for $200 cash & he couldnt finish the job.... I was still in pain and kept coming in every day for a whole week asking for help and pain meds! He didnt want to give me Norco! I was scheduled in for 9 am to remove the tooth that he didnt even finish in the first place..and he didnt show up until 45 mins after my appointment! I had to go into work at 10am! They knew very well that I had to go into work and thats y they said if I agree to come in at 9 that he would be here for me only cause ive been there all week in pain! I stormed off and wouldnt recommend this dentist! !!!!!!

Me dolía el lado izquierdo en las muelas del juicio tenía dolor y llame, me atendieron en ese mismo rato. Me explicaron el procedimiento de lo que ocurría al extraer las muelas. Muy profesionales todos. Súper amables las recepcionistas y lo mejor fue que me dieron los mejores precios de todo Bloomington!! Gracias por ayudarme

Rude Doctor & Receptionist! We were waiting for almost 30 minutes for the doctor to be back from lunch! & when he was back we were still treated poorly! Its not my familys fault you were having a bad day! You should still be polite & give good customer service, or dont expect patients to be back. & if the doctor is out for lunch at 2:00PM then dont give us that appointment! I might get the same bad attitude at Western Dental, but I am paying way less!

IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE WITH MY SON FOR ABOUT A YR NOW AND I MUST SAY I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STAFF THERE, AS WELL AS THE TREATMENTS WEVE RECEIVED HERE. MY SISTER HAS BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE A LONG TIME WITH HER FAMILY BECAUSE OF THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. AND I SAY THIS BECAUSE MY SON IS FIVE AND HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THE DENTIST, NOW THIS HAS BECOME THE FAMILY DENTISTRY FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY.
