You know the last thing you want to do is go to the dentist first thing in the morning! I showed up early as I know how important time is to everyone. As I sat in my car the employees filed in, each one waived to me with a big smile. Come on, this cant be a dentist office. I walked into their office ( brand new remodel with all the new equipment) and was greeted with a big "GOOD MORNING, how was your weekend". Treating me like I was an old friend. Quickly I was shown to the "chair" yet another friendly professional person took excellent care of me. Including a visit with the dentist. All the while answering any questions I had. 90 minutes later, my cleaning finished, questions answered I was checked out quickly and my next appointment set. I just wish all my DRs appointments went with the ease of this painless and professional visit.

I just want to say that going to the dentist has never been a positive experience for myself, that is until I started going to Dr. Paulerio. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. They were able to make me feel relaxed, and well informed. I greatly appreciate the time they put into explaining everything to me from what my insurance covers, and what to expect during my appointment. I never felt that I was being rushed through my appoinment or afraid to ask a question. I highly recommend this office!

I had a wonderful dental experience at Dr. Paulerio Family Dentistry. I had been negligent and went 20 months between teeth cleanings. Chelsea did a fantastic job; she was gentle and incredibly thorough, even removing some years-old bonding agent from a couple of my teeth. She was one of the friendliest and nicest hygienists Ive ever met. Dr. Paulerio was also very pleasant and engaged with both Chelsea and me during the exam. I highly recommend this facility and staff.

When Dr. Paulerio took over Dr. Hentizs practice in Point Loma, I was unsure whether or not Dr. Paulerio would fill the bill. I am so glad, I didnt jump ship!! Dr. Paulerio has proven himself to be a dedicated, caring and knowledgeable Dentist. His entire staff is friendly and professional. I met Dr. Heinz about 1990 and thought Id met the best dentist in the world but when Dr. Heintz retired and Dr. Louis Paulerio took the helm I was very happily surprised that two incredable dentists could be working and living so close to us in Pt. Loma . Do yourself a favor , visit their office meet the staff and Dr. Paulerio you wont be disappointed .

Like alot of people I used to be nervous visiting a dentist. Since finding and getting to know Dr. Paulerio, a dental visit with him and his staff is easy and carefree. After more that 15 Years as a patient, I wouldnt go to any other Dentist. I trust and refer my family and friends whenever I can. You simply cannot find a better dentist anywhere.

As someone who has been through a lot dentists, Dr. Paulerio and staff is bar none the best Ive ever experienced. Top of the field. Theyve made countless corrections from past mistakes from other dentists. Chelsea is also the sweetest and most understanding hygienist one could wish for. Youd be making a mistake to not go with them.

Dr Paulerio is a great dentist. He and his staff provide wonderful care. They are up to speed on the latest technology, they explain procedures clearly, and have excellent follow-up. I know if I have questions I can email or call any time and always get a timely response. I highly recommend Dr Paulerio and his team.

I just had a wisdom tooth extracted and cant believe that it was so quick and pain free! There was literally no pain and after the numbing took effect my tooth was removed in about 80 seconds! Dont be afraid if you have a tooth to be removed, as I was pleasantly surprised that I didnt feel anything!

I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted. When Dr. Paulerio and I discussed the tooth and he reexamined it we decided to file the tooth and leave it. He had blocked out time for the extraction but did not charge me for the filing. He and his office staff are the best!
