Disgusting. And Im not talking about the teeth. We switched from a family-ran dentist in Upland to this poor facility 2 blocks down from our residency. As we walked to the counter, there was no greeting from the receptionist. She took one glance at us and focused her eyes onto her computer screen in which she stated "appt. time and name?" Soon after we were seen by a kind lady who had personality but no skill for her job. Xrays took 30mins because she just could not get the pictures right. I was then led to the work room and laid back, waiting for the Dr. He arrived, took 2 mins "working" and "cleaning" my mouth, then suggested a deep cleaning. He walked away, announcing his return, but never came back. A young lady laid out the amount we would have to pay out of pocket and kept suggesting other "treatments." It sounded more like she was trying to sell us a car. Anywho, my "cleaning" was over and I waited in the lobby for my brother who was still been treated. He walked into the lobby, followed by my mother, followed by a young employee (they told me later he was 20 years old). He gave me younger brother a cleaning kit and then gave one to my mother, who wasnt treated, in a flirtatious manner. There is nothing here that they dont offer anywhere else, at a much cheaper price (instead of course poor costumer serive). They insited on a review and I gave it to them. Let it be known that I am looking forward for next year and my old dentist back. A 25 min. drive is well worth more than something that is 2 mins. away and 2 bad for me to recommend, even if it was free.

Don’t Go Here..Well let’s start with the front desk staff; they might be the rudest most unprofessional front office staff that I have to encounter, Especially Patty. They are more concerned with conversations with each other about their personal lives rather then helping the customers. Besides that, they can’t figure out who has to pay what, when. Dr. Pana the Orthodontist treats his clients like cattle, he won’t spent any time seeing how you are or if you have any questions, nor will he explain to you how your treatment is progressing. I’m just bummed that I have to go back for another 16 months until my braces come off.

POOR IS NOT THE CORRECT WORD, AWFUL! Please check out different places before even considering this place. Just because it looks nice they do not do good work. I went in for two root canals and after 8 unresolved visits plus several phone calls regarding my pain (3 of the visits were emergency walk inns) after 2 months and a horrible Thanksgiving, Christmas and Birthday i am still in pain and eating uncomfortable. I am currently going thru insurance to get my benefits back! (this is only a partial part of the horrible experience)

I have always been treated respectfully and promptly. My dentist was capable, professional and had a very cheery chair side manner. All technicians and desk personnel did their best to give me the best service. There was really no waiting for standing appointments and was offered various options in being able to make a long term plan and the means to pay for it. Best of all, my dentist did her best to keep me comfortable and was keen to find ways to help me deal with pain. I am glad I have met this very professional group.

Dont be fooled by the brand new facility w/new machines. Its run like a factory and no special attention to detail at all. The dentist did not want to be bothered at all. He took a tool, attempted to touch my teeth and just decided he didnt want to bother with me at all. Arent you supposed to check in between the teeth or something? Cant even pretend you are doing something? I just wished the dentist took his time instead of looking like he was in a rush out of there.

Would not listen to me when I explained my financial situation. Came in for a routine check-up and they tried to have me do 2 route canals and crowns that day, despite me telling them repeatedly that I dont have the money for the operations. They will keep pushing for you to do operations, even if you keep saying no. They also scheduled an appointment without me asking them to. Will most likely be changing dentists offices.

My wife went in to have a tooth removed because it cracked. She is very nervous when it comes to dental work. The dentist and the assistant took there time with her allowing her to calm down. They gave her the option to come back or to wait in the chair until she was ready. She fought through the anxiety and had the procedure done. There has been no problems and she feels safe with the dentist.

Ive been using these folks for 9 years; they should be teaching classes on great customer service. Yes, they always seem to be busy, but everyone is a professional and they always have a smile and a great attitude. Additionally, they always work to accommodate my schedule and I never seem to spend too long in the waiting room. Well done since 2008...Thank you!

Changed insurance, gave them my updated info for billing & then was sent to COLLECTIONS! Ive always had coverage, but they failed in a big way to update their records after I gave them the info 3 TIMES! Then months later I see a collections account from them on my credit report. No statement, no phone call. Severely pissed at the poor service and follow up.

My wife and myself used this dental group and we are very disappointed in the services they gave us. I had to wait for over 6 mo. so they could fit my new dentures. Then my last appointment I waited for over an hour to see the Dentist and no one came in to see me. My wife had some bad experiences too. I would not recommend this dental group.

Best dental experience Ive had! Dr. Schmidt and the entire staff were very friendly and professional. I was very nervous when I arrived but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. If you are just in need of a good cleaning, as for Jen! Shes awesome! I will definitely be continuing my dental services with Sierra Lakes Dental Group.

Dr. Pana the Orthodontist, won’t spent any time seeing how you are or if you have any questions, nor will he explain to you how your treatment is progressing. I’m very disappointed. I wish, I read the reviews before. I will not recommend this Orthodontist to anyone. I will do my research next time for my daughters and sons braces.

Great dental experience. Professional and clean facility. Not a small office by any means. The man taking Xrays of my teeth is very experienced and process was quick, probably the part I enjoyed the most. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a great job also.

So glad they could squeeze me in on a Saturday. I was treated respectfully and taken good care of. I let them know which tooth hurt and they took care of it. That is good service to me. They knew upfront I just wanted to take care of the pain nothing else.

Hated it. I find them NOT HONEST people... they did not give me honest advice, they recommended all sorts of work that i doubted i need. I would not go back to this office again. Go here at your own risk!!!
