I discovered RRVH while trying to find a vet who carried thimerosal-free rabies vaccines. The County of Riverside had denied a rabies vaccine waiver that was requested by a veterinary neurology specialist due to our dogs immune system problems and severe reaction from booster vaccines a year ago (non rabies). Dr. White was very compassionate and invested in helping our special needs pup with a well thought-out pre-treatment plan and, as a result, our Annie came through the vaccination process beautifully with no side effects (we were also praying a lot, I might add!). They have been checking in to see how she is doing. I also really like the easy to understand printed post treatment instructions that include a dated history of care to date. The facility is the cleanest and most spacious veterinary office I have ever been to, and the staff is kind, attentive, and efficient. We will definitely be returning for future health needs of our precious little girl even though it is a long drive for us. We are very grateful for the excellent care and compassion. Many thanks to Dr. White who went the extra mile for our special case and to the staff that took such good care of our baby girl.

We had such a great 1st time visit with Dr. Berg. We had adopted our dog through a rescue last August and it was time for his annual visit. I wasnt completely happy with the vet we had been using for our cats. We chose this place because of all that this facility has to offer in one place and all the positive reviews. We went in with a number of concerns we wanted discussed about Linc, our 2 yr old border collie mix. Dr. Berg spent so much time going over each issue I was afraid other patients were going to start backing up. He gave us assurances and directions all the while sitting on the floor petting and calming Linc, who was a bit hyper at the start. At one point Dr. Berg was told another doctor was on hold -- he STILL stayed with us for what felt like at least another 5-7 minutes making sure we had all of our questions answered. Hands down by far -The Best Vet- weve gone to with all of our "kids" weve had throughout the entire 26 years since moving into the area!

I drive an hour and a half to bring my sweet beastie mastiff to Dr Berg and the team at Rancho Regional . We established them as out vet care of choice after hearing about them and bringing our new pups in to start from scratch with their care. Dr Berg spends gives us his undivided attention and even calls us at home to reconnect with our dogs health and well being. He is so personal, caring and thorough in his exams that there is never worry of something being overlooked and forgotten. I had to put one of my dogs to rest in peace at the facility and the staff and Dr. Berg were so genuine in their sorrow for the loss of our dog and gave me the time and care in being with her that helped in dealing with loss and sadness that we all dread with having to let go of our lovely furry family friends. I cant say enough good things of not only Dr. Berg but his staff at the front desk and his professional co workers that work along side of him. Megan Hampton

The facility is immaculate and the staff very attentive (maybe to a fault). I took my young cat in for surgery and the results were very positive. I must be honest in stating that there were a few minor hiccups with the way they presented the cost estimate and the way they executed the follow-up. However, when I brought these issues to their attention, they responded immediately in a very professional manner, and in the end, everything came out completely satisfactory. In these days of a changing economy, it has come full circle. Only those businesses that truly care about customer service and engage their customers will be the ones to survive. We all make mistakes, but its how we address and fix them that really tells the story. Bottom line... these people are top notch and I would be happy to recommend them based on my first encounter with them.

Took my Lab puppy in for an emergency. Ryan met me at the front door to rush her to the back. The entire time I was there that day the staff was very informative and attentive to all my questions. Someone would periodically let me know what was happening and in my case the progress my puppy was making. It was very reassuring the amount of information I received throughout the day. The doctor I met with explained everything in detail and what needed to happen next. They were efficient in the handling of the follow-up visits. If I ever have another emergency, I will head straight to Rancho Cucamonga Regional Hospital, however I sincerely hope I never do..!!! Should I ever be faced with someone else having an emergency I will not hesitate to send them straight here. Thank You Very Much for everything the entire staff did for my puppy. To everyone

Excellent, excellent care. After being attacked by a pitt bull, I called the hospital and they got us registered over the phone and even made sure to check if I knew how to get there. Once we were there, they took my Tucker back and examined him. Once they told me my options I went with surgery. As soon as I said I wanted them to do the surgery they got on it. I was able to pick my puppy bear up the next day, and they had him all clean and ready. They went over his daily medications with me and made sure I knew what each one was for. Then the nurse asked me if I had any questions. We have had to come back for a few check up visits before my Tucker bear gets his stitches removed. Each time all of the staff is kind and accommodating. They are very thorough too!

This is the best place I have found for the care of my pets! My dog had surgery for a mast cell tumor. The most impressive thing about this place was the after care, the constant follow up of the staff and Dr. Berg to make sure my dog was healing well and comfortably. My dog made a quick and full recovery thanks to all the attention and care he received. My dog is older and is starting to walk with a limp. The doctors here do all they can, from traditional medicine, to diet modifications, to herbal supplements and acupuncture to make sure my dog enjoys what years he has left in comfort and without further damage. I recommend this place all the time to everyone I know, and everyone I know who goes here has nothing but amazing things to say about this place.

The Rancho Regional Veterinary group is fantastic and we cant recommend them enough. Our dog has seen all 3 vets there and they are all excellent and extremely knowledgeable and caring. The prices are fair, they go over everything (both the treatment and the costs) in detail before they do anything to your pet, they love your pet like you do, the vet techs are kind and knowledgeable, they never leave you waiting for long (thats why we left VCA--after a 2 hour wait!), the receptionists are all personable and A+ customer service oriented, etc. Obviously, we cant say enough good things about them. They are FANTASTIC!!!
