My cat was very sick with bladder stones. I could not afford $1000.00 plus pre-op blood work, plus medications. I was referred to them by actors and others for animals. They took great care of my Jimmie Sue. No this is not the Ritz Carlton but please dont judge them for their clinic conditions. If they were making thousands of dollars I am sure they would have nicer surroundings. They are in the business of saving animals not making money. Please donate to them if you can. As for the woman who is passing judgement on Linda for claiming to be a christian but never acted like one, you are not acting like a christian either when you sit in judgement of your fellow man. Linda is very busy trying to do the work of 3 people. Who wouldnt have an occasional ugly moment. She does her best to give every one what they need. I doubt she has a very high salary and should be commended for her dedication to animals.

This lady was horrible, called me every name in the book and said why should I pay for your cat, I have my boy that was a gift and he hurt his leg, possibly broke or popped out, mind you he eats drinks and very mad being confined till I figure what was wrong so I called Starlight for assistance which was a nightmare... she told me to turn him in to the pound and why do I have a cat, mind you this is the secretary and none of her business and do you really think she was going to have to pay, she didnt give me 2 seconds without saying your not welcome at starlight so dont come here!!! Have a friend whom was going to help plus I have him on a site thats help for Herk!!! This is her job to help and keep her personal opinions to herself and she should not have a job at any vet or helping anyone!!!!!

Avoid this clinic at all costs, the older woman here will cuss you out for no reason (very unprofessional), they neutered my dog and he came home with so much bruising around the area, they put a bandage over the area, like a diaper and told me to leave it on for three days...as soon as we get home he goes #2 and it gets mushed into his bottom because they put the bandage on like a diaper. How am I supposed to leave it on for three days?!? plus the vet is brand new and since the owner here has her own "rescue" the vet gets to experiment on "rescued" shelter dogs. These people are really sick. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable veterinarian.

Im giving 5 stars for their shot prices and service. I have not had the opportunity to use any other services they offer. This is just a hole in the wall. Dont let that discourage you. The prices are amazing and the ladies who helped me went above and beyond. My dogs dont like other dogs and will bark uncontrollably. The vet tech was nice enough to come outside, to my car, and administer the shots. This was so helpful. The lady behind the desk printed out my paperwork twice to make sure it was completely legible with no marks. It looked fine to me, but I didnt mind. Definately worth the trip.

Do not go here I believe the lady name is Linda not to sure something with an l. So rude and unprofessional she took it to an other level she cussed me out then proceeded to say she will call the cops on me and take me to court and yes I had my kids with me and they can hear everything this unprofessional person was saying. I couldnt afford the surgery on my cat and already spent over 600 dollars on him I was heart broken that I couldnt do it. This place should be shut down if they treat people that way how do you think they treat the animals.

I would not even give this clinic one star but I have to in order to write the review. Linda is a horrible person. I think she is Bi-Polar. My wife was there and wanted to ask a few questions and this lady went off. She yells, belittles and embarasess not only customers but the staff also. It is no wonder she works with animals because she is unable to interact courteously and professionally with humans. The only reason she is in business is because the animals do not know how to complain. Stay away from this clinic....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! The "Owner" is rude and abrasive. I have gone twice , the first time was fine the second NOT SO MUCH .When I proved to her she had misinformed me about a problem that could have KILLED my dog she blew up at me and cursed me out. She proceeded to tell me she would refund the money till I proved her wrong then she said f you Im not refunding you a dime Do your self a favor STAY AWAY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for caring, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, unselfish, loving, committed and un greedy professional and volunteer staff of animal care dedicated human beings, do yourself and your pets the favor of being a faithful friend and patient of Starlight Clinic, I have never been treated with more respect and sincerity in my years of caring for forgotten felines. The staff was friendly and also to the point. They took great care of our 2 cats when we took them in to be neutered. Also, when we were unsure of how one of our boys were supposed to look, we were able to text a photo of him to them at 10pm and received an answer at 4am to bring him in that morning. Its nice to have that when you are worried about a pet. My only complaint was the smell of dog poop when we walked in. But everyone has accidents. We will be back.

They wont even call me back to answer a medical question about my cat that I just adopted from a rescue that was spayed there. I need to know if her stitches need to come out or not and the rescue wasnt sure and the paperwork doesnt say. I have left three messages starting a week ago, and sent 2 emails with no response. Would drive there but I live very far. So frustrating, and I need this information so my cat doesnt get an infection.

Linda made me feel very comfortable about leaving my precious little kitten there to get spayed when I could not afford the full price at my regular veterinarian. My kittens surgery went well and she healed very quickly. I did hear Linda interacting with other customers and she was very professional, but she will tell you her opinion on whether or not you are taking proper care of your pet.

Have taken my two cats and three dogs here for their vaccinations and had my male cat neutered here as well. I found the staff to be friendly and professional! I personally find it hard to believe that someone would have been treated so poorly, as is described in several of the other reviews. Based upon my experiences at Starlight, I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
