My cat was misdiagnosed twice by the Banfield in Rancho Cucamonga. My cat’s eye was watering bad. Banfield did many tests and sent her home with eye drops that made little improvement. Her eye proceeded to get worse and now had blood in the drainage. I took her back, she saw a different doctor who told me my cat had a virus and there was nothing they could do for her. I took my cat to another vet for a second opinion. My cat had an upper respiratory infection. They gave me different medicine and she is now much better and her eye isn;t leaking anymore.

Excellent and caring people! Tiffany and the doctor were outstanding. They fit us in early this morning with our injured pet. Then sent us to California Veterinary Specialists. The Bandfield Doctor even called the specialist for us to let them no we were on the way. Our pet is going to be just fine!

Banfield Pet Hospital is conveniently located inside PetSmart. They were very nice there and helpful. They gave shots to my recently purchased puppy. Not too sure how the pricing compares to other pet hospitals but it was nice to roam the store while they had our puppy.

Friendly service. Showed a genuine caring attitude toward our kitten. Demonstrated a knowledge for their craft. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this facility.
