I unfortunately am going to say that I am not at all pleased with the service here. After my first visit we couldnt diagnose the problem and went with some anti inflammatory drugs pending x rays. When I called back to book the x rays they quoted me for the highest possible price then charged me twice the quote. My dog is more uncomfortable than ever after her exam. They sedated her so after being able to really move that joint it really hurts now worse than ever. I have no inspiration to trust them with her survival at this point. I have had horses and dogs all my life and this is the worst treatment I have ever received. I really feel like they price gouged me and made my poor girl worse than when she went in. Sorry. I never complain but this really bothers me

We adopted two adorable kittens (I know, is there any other kind?) and we chose this clinic from a list the shelter gave us - and we were glad we did! Dr. Parks attention to our boys - and to us - was gentle, kind and warm. Additionally, Dr. Park made us feel cared for by taking his time - we felt that our questions were answered. Dr. Park is new to the area...and were luck to have he and his team. So, if youre looking for a new Vet...then Capistrano Veterinary Clinic is the place for you and your sweet pets!

It has always been wonderful experience for Bingo ,Nancy and I. Dr Park and Maria the Dr Assistant and Pet care are very happy and nice to see Bingo our Cat. He is been a customer for 4 years and has always been taking care of very gentle. He gets His bath and manicure with Maria which does a great job with bingo Maria always welcome us with a big smile . I know for sure Bingo wont go any where else. Actually Bingo has a visit for a couple buster shoots and a Bath next week.

Dr. Kay Park is our vet. We took care of our American Eskimo until she was 18 years old. Dr kept her comfortable, energetic, and happy. She had a problem with leaking urine and Dr Park was able to treat it with medication. She had skin sensitivity and Dr had the solution. We also have cats yet live in a flea free home. If I could give them a 10 star rating I certainly would! Dr Park and Dr Han have cared for my pets from day 1 when they took over for the late Dr Cortese! If you want top notch veterinary care at very reasonable cost I highly recommend Capistrano Veterinary Clinic. Both Drs. and staff are very friendly and at the ready for all of your pets needs!

We have taken our 8 month old German Shepherd / Border Collie mix here since we got her at 2 months. The staff here has always taken good care of us from all her shots, spaying, microchipping and care after the puppy electrocuted herself from chewing on a cord. They always check her thoroughly and with care. Thanks!!
