Wow! I just called to ask if they accepted my insurance provider, I think she said yes, so to clarify I asked if they were considered in the network with my insurance provider, then she hung up on me! If tgats how potential clients are treat from the get go, I will GO somewhere else.

Great Customer Service, & and i didnt have to wait longer than a day or two for my glasses to arrive! The eye doctor was very thorough in explaining my prescription, and what it meant. I would recommend Rose City Vision to anybody!
