A month ago I had my first appointment, ordered new frames and lenses, including the regular tint - which the clinic had replaced for me a year earlier when I moved to town. I figured that since they got the tint right before, they would do the same tint again. Instead, 2 weeks later when the glasses were ready, they were unusably dark. They said theyd send them back to the lab. I gave them an old pair of glasses (without ear pieces) to show the tint I wanted. Today (2 weeks later) I got a call saying the lab (2 miles away) put the new lenses in the old glasses. I might get my glasses by the end of next week. Why would a lab think Id want new lenses in broken frames? And, doesnt the lab just do what the work order from the Dr.s office tell them to do? I was disturbed by the lack of empathy or understanding of my frustration in this situation - as if this kind of thing happens all the time.

I am so happy with my visit to Moreland Vision Source. It was my first time there and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scott is GREAT! It was the most thorough eye exam I had ever experienced and I have had to wear corrective lenses since I was in the 3rd grade. I walked out with my new contacts feeling like a had a new set of eyes! I will definitely be going back to them for all my vision needs and would gladly recommend them to anyone who is seeking quality eye care.

I have been going to Dr Wojciechowski at Moreland Vision for 14 years. I have seen many optometrists and ophthalmologists for more than 60 years, and Dr Wojciechowski is by far the best. He is an excellent eye doctor, knowledgeable, thorough,and kind, and gives good explanations of what he finds. I plan to keep this provider even though I have moved over an hours drive away.

Its hard to find old-fashioned customer service, but you will find it here. I have been a client for many years.
