You can tell Myoptic has an outstanding business model that centers around providing excellent interactions with customers. Dr. Kim was great to chat with during my exam, and I really appreciated the handwritten thank you card he wrote me after my visit. The staff were all very helpful on my three (Im indecisive!) return visits to look at the frames, even offering me coffee while I browsed. I also really love the fact that Myoptic donates a portion of profits, and that you get to choose where you want yours allocated! My one minor criticism is that the frames available tended to the pricey side, and after the cost of my high-index lenses I wasnt willing to shell out an extra few hundred, but I did eventually choose a lovely pair that were on sale due to being discontinued. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will return in a heartbeat if I have any further vision needs!

I went to Myoptic to get an eye exam and new glasses when my previous optometrist stopped taking the insurance I am on. Their staff is great and their selection of styles is excellent..a bit on the pricey end. I purchased a frame that unfortunately split only 5 months after wearing them due to a manufacturer defect. Since the frame I got was a discount model it was not eligible for a warranty replacement. However, their staff (Lisa and Kaitlyn) really went above and beyond by giving me a new set of glasses at no extra cost to me. This is no small thing since they had to recreate a new set of progressive lenses to fit the new frames. I truly appreciate their efforts to make me whole again. Most businesses would simply hide behind their red tape. Such service is the test of a businesses that really wants to make their customers happy. Thank you Lisa and Kaitlyn.

My father is an opthamologist so Im totally totally spoiled because Ive never had to pay for eye care in my life, at least until now because my dad retired. I have really poor eyesight with an astigmatism and I came in to be fitted for contacts. The optometrists did an excellent job and fit me with the most comfortable lenses Ive ever worn. Dare I say they took better care of me than my own father? Well you know how the saying goes, the shoe makers kids..... Anyway, I recommend these guys. Im really pleased and I think you will be too.

You could be gone for a year and they will still remember you when you return. Comfortable and inviting environment, and they will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
