unfortunately I have had terrible customer service from the staff at bennett valley optometry and have decided to choose a different eye doctor in response to the rude and condescending treatment I received as a patient over the last two years. I have been a patient for many years but have only experienced problems with the staff during the past two years. I feel this is very unfortunate as I am satisfied with my eye doctor but refuse to put up with the horrible customer service.

I had a great experience here with both the eye exam and frames shopping. I am excited for my new glasses! Dr. Bowman and everyone else that I interacted with in the office were kind, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Overall it was the most pleasant optometry visit Ive had so far. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best practice in town or the best I have ever been to. I absolutely love Dr. Owyang and the fact that it is like family in there. They have had a team that is tenured and been there a long time which really helps make the process quick, painless and fun catching up with everyone.

Im really surprised to read the bad review regarding customer service. I LOVE all the people who work at Bennett Valley Optometry. They are all extremely nice, professional and courteous. I have been going there for many years and have never had a complaint. Best service ever!

Dr Bowman is very down to earth. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Theyve been my eye doctor for the last 4 years. Love them!
