Worst Optical experience ever. Was called and told my glasses were ready and stop in anytime to pick up. I was there one hour later and WAITED OVER NINETY MINUTES before I could pick up my glasses which had the wrong lenses. They spent 45 minutes trying to fix them, only to send me on my way "to get used to them, but dont drive while wearing them, you might have an accident". I tried them for a week, went back, asked for a refund, was told they wouldnt offer refund as the lenses were correct until I had another eye exam. I had to wait two and a half weeks for the "next available" appointment (by a different doctor) only to be given the EXACT SAME RX, and that indeed, the lenses were not properly made. Kaiser vision kept my 318.00 for over a month while I had their crappy, life endangering medical equipment. BAD KAISER!

Total wait for new specs was 20 minutes. Friendly people - good customer service. I thought price was competitive with Costco vision center but better quality of frames.
