After being shuffled from "sit and wait" areas for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I actually spent 2 minutes with Dr Harden at which time I complained about the length of time for visit. Her response was "well you dont have to stay. You can leave." I told her not after this long was I going to leave without prescription. She then put s blue light to check eye pressure and I was done. Exactly 2 minutes. "Your prescription will be printed at the front desk." The end. Never will go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. At least 6 patients were complaining about the length of time. Some had been there 3 hours!

I had a nice quality frames when I went in and asked to have my new lenses put into them. The sales person, and that is what she is, told me that they had the exact same frames and that it would be more expensive to use mine. Then she suggested that I have a special coating put on the lenses that would cut done on glares. The frames that I got are pure junk, they turn the side of my face green. And the special coating does not cut glare at all, but it does make cleaning very difficult. These new glasses cost over $400 and are just plain horrible.

Everytime Im here I have to wait over an hour. Theres always 10 people ahead of me. Its not good when you have to take a 3 year old to be seen here. They let you wait from one room for another. Dislike!
