If I could give zero stars, I would do it. The service was absolutely terrible. Some of the staff and the General Manager do not know anything about their products. I had placed an order for progressive glasses. Given my high prescription, when I placed the order, one of the staff members indicated that the system would not allow the order because of a limit in prescription. Another staff member said to place the order anyway and they could fax an approval to the lab. Well, three days later I get a call from the General Manager to tell me that they could not place the order because of a limit in the prescription. Wow...Then, when I placed another order (this time, bi-focals, not progressive), I am told it would take ten days. they did not call so, on the tenth day, Ii went to the store and found that they had received the lenses two days previously, but the General Manager said that they could not cut them at their store. The General Manager said their facility did not have the equipment. Hmm.. didnt they know this when I placed the order ten days before? The General Manager said they would take the lenses to another store, and she would call me with an update. She never called me. When I showed up at the end of the day, she was gone. She left the glasses, which now had one lens cut erroneously (it was twisted because it slipped when they were cutting it). The bi-focal line was not parallel to the ground, rather it was at a 45 degree angle. I could not see anything with this lens. Completely useless (the glasses and the General Manager). I got my money back after returning the glasses the next day. .

I went to this location today and I was approached by a seemingly nice lady named Sally. I was asking her if could verify my vision benefits and she was very nice and said yes. A couple walked in wanting help with eyeglasses and she immediately turned her attention to them... told me she would be right back with me. That never happened because another couple walked into this location asked for assistance and she put my information on the floor while she helped the next guest. I was still patiently waiting. After she finished helping the duo, she told me should would verify my insurance but instead she went over to the gentleman that needed special glasses because he was a pilot. After I proceeded to walk to the door, then she said "I was about to verify your insurance." I told her I had an appointment and that I would be back today, she told me she was going to verify my insurance information. I waited, called back about an hour later and she said " I was just about to verify your insurance." I told her to please destroy my information because I found another business to help me. I feel that she ignored me because of a couple of reasons: She wanted to make a huge sales and she did not want to honor the insurance or (2) I was not the color of her choice. I wished I could give this store 1/2 of a store.. The store was clean! The selection choice of frames needs a little help

Please do not go here! Glasses were not right. Sunglasses were clearly bent, but they wouldnt take them back. I got tired of messing with it and just said screw it. Regular glasses were at least wearable. These lenses(and I got the top of the line with all the coatings) will scratch SO EASY!!! You have to carry a special cloth with you at all times. If you try to use your shirt even for a quick smudge, it will scratch. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THEM! Go to LensCrafters or ANYONE else. Dont get ripped off like I did.

Weve recently moved to the area and Ive purchased glasses from other Visionworks locations in the past. I got my prescription from the optometrist next door and bought glasses and prescription sunglasses here. They were training a new employee so it took awhile longer than usual, but she did a good job and got help as needed. Both pair of spectacles came back just right. Im pleased with the service and with the results.
