When I decided to get lasik they were recommended to me but there is no way I would trust people this disorganized to cut on my eyes. After my initial evaluation and telling them I wanted the surgery in mid January because I couldnt do it in early January, they made appointments for me in late November to get the measurements and mapping done, after that appointment, , THEN told me that Dr. Chamberlain only does surgerys on the first and 3rd Friday of the month , they knew the 1st Friday was out so that only left the last Friday which would be two month after the measurements and mapping, and they want all of that done within 30 days of the surgery. They made an appointment for me at NJoy and then called me and left me a message that they needed to move their appointment and told me to move my NJoy appointment, I had no clue who NJoy even was since they made the appointment. We make it through all that and they make an appointment for me to finally actually meet the Dr. Chamberlain and two weeks prior call me to ask if they had made an appointment for me to meet him, when I told them yes, they again asked me to move my appointment which I agreed to, two hours later I get a voicemail that they would like to make an appointment for me to meet Dr. Chamberlain. Finally the day of the appointment to meet him I arrive at the office, they have a sign that says "If you have been waiting longer than 20 minutes please see the front desk", after 20 minutes I go to the desk to check as instructed. They move me to another waiting area where I was told I would see Dr. Chamberlain in about 5 minutes, 5 minutes later they move me to an exam room, 15 minutes later I walk out because after 45 minutes past my appointment.

Dr. Priester & Dr. Chad Chamberlain are excellent eye surgeons. I have worked in the operating room with both of them for 3 years as a surgical nurse. They have outstanding bedside manner with their surgical patients.
