Ive had great encounters with both Doctors and staff and have been a patient in this clinic for 8 years. I am greeted when I walk in the door and treated with more respect than I probably deserve the entire time. A short story, but I ran over my glasses with my car. I took them into the office, and had some waaranty information explained to me, they submitted a claim and I only paid for the lenses. To be honest, I was planning on simply buying another pair myself when I walked in. Thats honesty, thats customer service and thats exactly why I chose Mid-Plaines Eyecare.

The people at the front "Deb" do not help, they are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They lost my file and placed me in the wrong contacts twice then I went back for the correct contacts and they only gave me one box for one eye. What am I to do with only one good eye I had to wait two weeks for the other box and they never called to tell me it was in I had to call everyother day. I will not be going back and Im going to tell all my friends and family also.

Mid-Plains has been our eye care center for the past 15 years. We have had very positive experiences there. They staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very flexible and have helped arrange it so all of my family can be seen at the same time.
