Dr. Cline was horrible. I would never go there. She was down right rude. I had my eyes previously dilated almost 2 years ago and she would not write my prescription saying that it would be malpractice. A person really only needs there eyes dilated if there other health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, Retinal detachment, Macular degeneration and over the age of 60. I am a healthy 23 year old with not medical problems and have previously had my eyes dilated. If you want to know more look at mayo clinic, "Eye dilation with every eye exam " special if your being pushed into one.I went to her the week previous for the first time and she was super pushy and saying that I needed to have my eyes dilated, every time I told her I didnt need or want to, she just continued to be pushy and rude. At there office you are checked in by another aide who told me that I didnt need to have them done and I told her that Dr. Cline was being pushy about having my eyes dilated and she thought it was ridiculous. It doesnt seem like staff is too fond of her either, that should have been my first reason to not return for the follow up visit. Not only did I have the problem with the doctor but also with staff billing my insurance, my card has my group number and id number yet they kept saying that they needed a different Id number??? and need my mothers SSN because Im still on family insurance at the age of 23. They fought with me and the fought with my mother over the phone. This establishment is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone.

These people could not be more unprofessional. First off my wife called the morning before the appointment and asked if she would need to arrange a ride or if she would be able to drive herself home after the procedure (eyelid cyst removal). They told her she would be fine to drive which we would later find out that was not true. My wife then drove to her appointment and they told her they didnt have a technician available that was qualified to do the procedure. So they made an appointment at their state line location later in the day. When she got to the state line location the doctor told her she would not be able to drive home afterwards and would need a ride. So last minute I had to pick her up and then later we had to find someone to drive us all the way back out there to pick up her car. Very bad experience in general, it just seemed like they didnt have the patients best interest in mind and could have conducted their selves more professionally. I would consider going elsewhere for your eye care needs.

The people I spoke with over the phone were rude, degrading, disrespectful, money hungry and unprofessional!!! Horrible experience and the Billing department is even worse!! Laura hung up on me and mocked and laughed at my grand kids situation. Her boss Lily wasnt much better. Try Littlefield & Associates.

Dr. Ginger Cline is amazing. My husband & I and 2 daughters are all patients. We have been very satisfied with our level of care. Dr. Cline was very gentle & patient with our tweenager when we were attempting contacts for the 1st time.

Worst place for eye care! They are lazy and do not submit claims appropriately. I lost a whole year of benefits for my daughter because they waited a whole month to process claim Also, front office staff is horrible.

Dr Bauman saved my eye plane and simple. The glasses I get there are perfect. The treatment I get is very professional. Top of the line.

Laura just rescheduled me very quickly and professionally and she has assisted me like this for 2 years now!!!
